What a great surprise to find this place on our way home from Lake Powell. Food and service were both great. We didn’t wait long at all and felt at home. No skimping on the salmon with the tacos and the kids meals were delicious. Sticky chicken salad was SO good. Large portions. A gem to come across and somewhere we will return in years to come. Thank you!

If you’re ever passing through Panguitch of Southern Utah, you must give this place a try! The food was top-notch for this charming little town. The tostadas with pork is what we had and it was the best we’ve ever had. We also had the chicken sandwich…it was actually real chicken cooked that morning! The quality of the ingredients was great and everything was made fresh. I also enjoyed watching the staff prepare food right in front of us. The staff is super friendly and the chef/owner “Bob” is so good with the dishes he creates. We got to meet him and let him know just how much we appreciate the restaurant and his food! We wanted to go back for dinner but had to work until sun down. But, we will definitely go back again to try some of the other dishes!

Nice place, hostess was full of enthusiasm and very welcoming, and her young assistant was very eager to help, both were absolutely lovely.

Absolutely delicious food! The place is a bit of a hole in the wall with amazing food. I had the blackened salmon tacos. It came with three tacos and a delicious cabbage topping. My ONLY note would be I wish they had heated up the corn. It was cold so it just stood out from the other ingredients that were warm or room temp.

Food is the star of the show at the Bistro, and it deserves more than paper plates and plastic silverware. The secondhand seating looks fancy but shows its wear. Don’t pass this one by, but don’t expect fancy.

Amazing chicken and wild rice soup, fried mushrooms, and best Cuban sandwich I’ve had. Definitely worth the pretty drive from Bryce to eat there!
