Went in on a Friday evening with my sister and the restaurant was going through a heck of a rough evening. Printers in the kitchen were down, only a couple servers even present, and the shift manager, Levi, ended up taking our order and taking on a few tables. Despite the clear difficulties, the staff kept their cool and did their best to check on each other’s tables cared for. Chaos well handled! Really happy for how open and honest they were from the start on all of it, and all around it was still a very good experience. It speaks well of their management that things seemed to go so smoothly.

We’ve eaten at this restaurant dozens of times over the years and the food is (almost) always very good. Quick to be seated, friendly service and clean environment. The server at our most recent visit was Gage (I think) and he was probably the best server we’ve ever had, bar none.

My first visit and was at a time of crisis for this location. Had lost several employees. Noticed the lack of staff when our waitress was working the whole room. She was awesome. Made sure we had everything we needed and wanted and did it with a smile and great attitude. (she was pregnant and had to be exhausted) Was mostly impressed with the service, but the soup and sandwich was great and tasted the pot pie which was delicious. Missed out on the muffin special, because their baker was one of the missing.

Fabulous place to dine…..I think we all forget about these sit down places to eat due to all of the fast food places that are trending to busy families. We went there for breakfast and were surprised at how good the food was including the large portions. We had to take some home for us and the dogs….. Also, it was very fast to eat there and the extensive menu is impressive…..I know you will like this place and if not, then it would be unusual, because we have visited 2 other locations as well and the same applies to fast service, hot & fresh food, and huge portions. Frequently visit here Sunday mornings for brunch and they are never busy. We have had great service and great food here however we have also had questionable service at times. The manager has taken notice and is usually on top of these lower quality situations which is good she is willing to step-up. The building still has that older look that Perkins has always had. If you’re looking for a good chain restaurant with good food without having to wait with the crowds, then I would suggest going here. Their muffins and pies always look so delectable in the display case up front.

Very few customers, yet we waited 5 minutes to be seated. Server forgot soup brought it out after meal was set on table. No silverware. Then manager and waitress had the nerve to blame everything on the cook whom was the only one who got something right. Food was great although cold. Again servers fault. Won’t go back to this location.

At first I wasnt all too excited to meet my family at Perkins since it has never really stood out to me before in any of my visits, however our service was impeccable and our meal came out fast and piping hot. I could not have been happier that night with my family, by the time we had settled down, finished talking, and were ready to order our server Jeff was on the ball. He helped us figure some things out with the menu like our questions about any senior deals and what all we can sub out in our meals. Thankfully, even as picky as we were he happily took our order and quickly rang it in. We will be coming back soon so that we can see him again because of his chipper demeanor, wonderful service, and delicious food.

Nice place for a quiet meal with friends or alone. Restroom needs updating, including the ceiling, but I like the homey atmosphere and friendly people that work there. The food has always been very good. I love the Southwest Salad they serve!

Our waitress (Alyssa) didn’t write down our order and got it all wrong. My family had their food and were done eating before mine even came out. No refills and she was unfriendly. Then Tonya came in and saved the evening. She really cared about making our experience better and we appreciated it.
