The service at this location is excellent. My car recently broke down in their parking lot during a cross country road trip. The staff let me utilize the mobile order service even though I was not in a designated parking spot. The food was delicious and they brought us extra water and pup cups while we were waiting for the tow truck. The staff was so kind and helpful during a very stressful situation.

Normally I am a very patient customer. I’ve worked in fast food and customer service my whole life. They were ridiculously busy which is totally understandable and I do not mind waiting in line. What I do mind is the fact that I had asked to substitute my side for my moms fruit cup that she ordered after I said I wanted the chicken mini meal. He decided to charge us for 2 fruit cups (which we did get but that’s not what I wanted) and when I asked for the receipt they said it wasn’t working after the fact. Put up a sign if it’s not working or let people know because not only could I have gotten the receipt if I scanned the app before hand, but I could’ve gotten the points. Usually I put in the information from the receipt to speed up their check out processes. But the real kicker was that one of my chicken minis didn’t even have chicken in it and I realized it after I had left. Do better chic-fil-a.

I came in to get 2 white peach lemonade which took 30 minutes. I ordered inside and stood by carryout. A team leader finally approached me and asked what I ordered and I told her 2 peach lemonades. And she said oh and looked confused. She then handed me 2 peach teas and I said that I was sorry that wasn’t my order and showed her my receipt. She apologized and re made them.

Blown away by the drive through service. This was my first time experiencing Chick-fil-A in person. I ordered the larger nugget combo. I was disappointed at what I recieved. I will let the picture speak for me. It’s never good when the side overshadows the entre. That’s ehat constitutes 12 nuggets. Shame on you chicken man.

I will reach out to the restaurant directly but we had a very poor experience on this sat evening at 645. The bathrooms were dirty, and needed attention. I placed a mobile order and we were lacking our drinks, and the # of sauces I asked for. Unfortunately the fries were cold, I did take those back and they exchanged them for fresh ones for me. (They were cold and very crunchy hard, my kids and myself had trouble biting them). Also, I am not a fan of seeing the “masked” workers mural upon the entrance into this chick fil a. Side note, parents would love the play places to open.

This Chik fil A runs like a finely tuned machine. In 9 years going there, they only made one mistake on an order during the pandemic(they forgot to give me dressing for my cool wrap). We frequent this restaurant on a weekly basis. They are THE BEST. Wish the managers could run this country, they’d have the economy and the boarder fixed in no time.
