This location has steadily improved. Previously when I’ve gone they’ve been understaffed and consistently missed things like requested condiments and straws, and slow service, but they’ve improved this a great deal. Food? It’s Burger King and that’s exactly what you would expect at any BK location. As a long-term Helena Westside resident, I am grateful for a fast food option I don’t have to drive all the way across town for.

Continues to be a good place to pick up a burger when on the go. Staff are very nice, orders are done quickly. Downside is value for money paid. Like many fast food places, you pay the same or more and get less. BK not as bad as some (talking to you taco hell). Tell myself people in this BK are working hard to soften the blow. Absolutely the most asinine no common sense non-productive store in this town. Most all of the comments and reviews of this location are spot on or quite generous and forgiving in their critique. I don’t know why they even stay open or even how for that matter. Without any exaggeration at all this BK location should shut it down , lock the doors and remain CLOSED FOR SERVICES PATRONAGE AND BUSINESS !! A complete waste of good real estate!!

We were not even greeted by the man taking our order. He didn’t speak one word to us, just stared blankly at us. We sat in the dining around for 30 minutes and still had not gotten our food. So, we literally left without ever getting our food as we had other commitments to get to. I know first hand how short staffed places are but clear communication would’ve been ideal. There was a restaurant full of customers waiting and none of them had been greeted or acknowledged for that matter. Just disappointing.

This time he says thank you see you at the second window, when I get to the second window I’m greeted with money being snatched from my hand and “ There’s a reason I said first window!
