No one would answer the phone the workers were sitting down behind the counter against the wall and when asked about the drink carry box they just pointed. Two of the workers was slap boxing while customers was in the store. One of the employees spit outside of the door where people was walking walking and walking around with pants hanging off thier buts. Other then those things no problem

The Order was completely WRONG!!!! With an 8 Piece Combo 3 Wings were in the bag and no Drink was given to the Door Dash Driver. Door Dash has closed out the order so I can not dispute it with Door Dash. I have tried calling the store and it just rings and no one answers

Worst mistake ever I ordered over the phone and the person keeps repeating my order and still got it wrong the cashier was just sitting around and another was hollowing in background went to get the order corrected and because the receipt says what the cashier put on it was refused a correction on my order wanted a refund on my order and was refused the night shift cashiers need to be fired because this was my second time getting a mistake and it partially my fault cause I should’ve checked my order when I came end and they were making fun of me and joking about me plus when the over the phone order taker kept messing up I will never purchase here again need cashiers that pay attention and are not playing around the store was slow how could you mess up and order and why could you not hear if you background noise was not the other cashiers making noise and talk on their cell phone smh

Customer service is terrible. The lady on the phone sounded impatient and annoyed when I’m describing the order. I understand that they are busy but there’s no need to rush when you’re describing a big order. I’m 100% sure she is spitting on our food now.

I ordered online for takeout. I ordered a 10pc hot honey rub combo. My fries were limp and burnt and my wings had no season. They were plain. I took it back to the store to have it made again. The person who I am assuming is the manager, took the bag and just decided to season it and give it back to me. My problem is I asked for it to be made again and the fact that it is very unsanitary of them to dig in the bag to remove the fries that are mot covered at all. Then season it and put my fries back and then expect me to eat it. I am not eating anything that has had hands on it. And it’s very disrespectful and unsanitary for you to ask me to. Then when I said I still wanted it made again, they proceeded to ignore me until I said something again. Now that’s very unprofessional and I did not like that at all. You all were very dismissive and do not have an ounce of customer service training it seems.
