Well arrived around 545pm. They brought 1 meal for 1 child out. About 30 min ago. My other 3 children still have not got their food nor I and it is 7:10pm. They have 1 waitress for the entire dinning room. Several tables contain empty glasses and ours included. Getting a refill is impossible. They brought our breadsticks for our pasta over 20min ago. They were extremely hard and flavorless. One man left complaining he had been here for over an hour waiting on a pizza. First time I had been to Pizza Hut in years. It will be next to never that I return to this location.

Ordered through the website. We ordered a 18 piece and a 6 piece Mild Buffalo traditional wings and we only got 21 wings out of 24. For a 42 dollar order, this is ridiculous and could easily be avoided. Especially because of how expensive they are, I’d expect everything I paid for.

Called for carry out & they didn’t have our order anywhere to be found. Were so extremely rude & didn’t even offer to make it really quick. Have proof of us calling & placing the order, but were so nasty. My husband just left. We will never order again. Ridiculous!

Until 15 minutes ago I used to love Pizza Hut when I called to order carryout you get rerouted to some bizarre history of how awesome Pizza is then you’re transferred to a call center in either Puerto Rico Mexico or India who knows where worst customer service ever you can’t call Pizza Hut anymore. I’m updating my review because use the app now versus calling the restaurant employees are great manager shouldn’t have switched to the third world country phone service

Waitress was decent but sold a lot of the buffet meals but we waited for over a half hour for it to be filled. When it got pasta we really couldn’t get much without feeling guilty because other tables with kids were waiting also!! Took about another 15 minutes for pizza to show up. There were two other tables besides us that were waiting for food! We had one trip to the buffet and I got a salad, 3 tiny slices of pizza then it was empty other than the few same slices of pizza, no pasta and dried up breadsticks. There was a table on the other side that got 4 pizzas and buffet was not refilled, I heard the presuming manager because she told employees what to do say she was sorry to them for waiting. My sister in law had to ask when they would have some pasta for the buffet and was told they just put some on. We had 15 people, there was a table of 5 and another not sure how many and the pasta in the pic was 1″ thick and only one out there for 15 minutes. Pretty bad when they worry about the checks and give you them before you even have the chance to finish a second plate of food!! My husband’s niece and her daughter ate after we got our checks because she came for pasta! When we left at least 6 pizzas were there and some pasta but no apologies for being bare that I was still hungry..If they would have explained they couldn’t handle the buffet we could have all ordered off the menu. We will not be going there again.

I ordered cheese sticks last night and I have them ready by 6:30 and I pull in at 6:20. I know I was a little early but they told me I’d be another 15 to 20 minutes so then I went back around at 6:45 and the kid told me another 15 to 20 minutes and I was very unhappy and I said can I have my money back they gave me my money back but the manager didn’t even say sorry or anything she wasn’t very polite at all.

Ordered using the app. Pizza was slightly behind scheduled pick up time but not significantly. When the pizza was ready a part of the order was wrong. I asked for a refund (for the incorrect part of the order) and was told my choices were to take the wrong order or wait for the correct one to be made. I declined either option, and store management called to tell me they “do not do refunds” and I can come back in to pick up the correct part of the order whenever. If you choose to dine here at least avoid paying ahead so that management doesn’t keep control of your money.

Tried the taco pizza. Its a no. They were very busy as well and I waited 10 minutes at the window before they asked me if i was being taken care of. There is some obvious room to grow. I will be back though! Im a pizza hut lover
