I’ve been there 3-4 times and will be back again and again. Great burgers! They are pretty close to home made in quality and taste. The fries are good, the owner is very nice and the staff is great. My only small complaint is their onion rings. I love onion rings, but here they don’t give you a lot and the quality is mediocre. I wish they were more like the ones served and Ponchatoulas in Ruston.

You want a burger, this is the place to go. sit down relax or call ahead and let them work their magic, believe it’s worth the wait. I am tempted to drive from Central Louisiana to get another one. Customer service was outstanding the friendliest and nicest people, treated us like family. I was expecting frozen patties but instead got two weighed out burgers, grilled to perfection with melted cheese and bacon. I also tried the wings, you cannot go wrong with those either.

If you are looking for a good, old fashioned, hand patted, flavorful burger. Look no further. This burger was good. I’m not a burger fan but I have to give credit, it’s only right. I like the shirt fries as well. Even the drink was good.

I’m from Baltimore and I found out about this place during the ice storm this past winter. I was stuck in Homer for the weekend and I’ll tell you I literally go out of my way to stop here whenever I’m passing through Louisiana to Texas and vice versa. I’m a connoisseur of burgers. Everywhere I travel I go to all of the top burger joints weather it’s a hole in the wall or a well known restaurant and I buy all of them on a quest to find the best burger I’ve ever tasted, and finally I believe I found her I’ve never had a hand made burger as good and I haven’t had 1 better since I’ve had the Big O Burger…..salute to this Black business
