Food is consistent for the most part. Tasty, but this location will either over or undercook the pizza and bread sticks. Wings are sauce by the cashier when picking it and they use no gloves.

The food was okay. Once I had to get out of character. But the customer service is really bad. Very unorganized. I phoned in my order. They claim they accidentally gave it away and had to remake it. The thing is that it was a specialty item. So how is it possible that they person customized their food just like mine?

I’m honestly not a pizza person, how ever, my husband is ,and he likes their thin crust pepperoni. I will say the workers are courteous and fast, but for as hard as they work, I would say they need a raise. I don’t like the smell in this location, and it really needs to be cleaned from top to bottom. They stay busy, so order online. The prices are reasonable, but I personally wouldn’t eat anything from this place, not even for free.

For the wasted time each visit, employees that barely can address the front let alone serve them and they spend more time out front smoking than they do cooking. Each time the restaurant was over flowing with unserved patrons the cashier helping me baked two wrong pizzas as she was laughing and ask me to take them anyways as she wrote incorrect info while looking at me. This place is a waste of space I prefer to wait at Waldo’s at least then it will be Hot, Ready, and Correct! So sad my kids really use to like this place…

The store itself is tiny and so is the parking lot but, big SURPRISE, the pizza is yummy and the cheese sticks are SO good. The staff is friendly enough and the food doesn’t take too long to bake. So it’s easy to look past the fact that you are packed like sardines in a tin can while you wait for your pizza! But if I had a complaint, it would definitely be the unfortunately small parking lot and lobby.

This is the worst store I’ve seen in a long time!!! I called 10 times and was hung up on every time. Coming in the store customer service was horrible, very rude!! Took my order, money, and went on to make my food and everyone else’s WITHOUT GLOVES or WASHING HANDS!!!!

I ordered 2 orders of crazy bread and I stood there patiently while the 7 people after me got their food. Then I asked how much longer it was going to be and she hands me one crazy bread and said the other will be right out. 15 minutes later I get my second crazy bread. I waited a total of 55 minutes for 2 orders of crazy bread. Completely ridiculous!! I suggest to everyone if you can go to another little Caesar’s, definitely do.

If you want not cooked, doughy pizza this is the place for you. I ordered $40 worth of food and couldn’t eat any of the pizza cause it was not cooked at all. Our order was ready 20 mins after it was suppose to even though they said 5 more mins. While waiting another guy ordered in store before we got there and when he asked where his order was the cashier said oh no the system crashed but the other cashier was still ringing people up just fine.
