This KFC location may be the worst location in the state of Indiana. The night manager is by far the rudest person I’ve encountered the food was terrible. I was in a long time customer, but I will never come back to this location and I will never recommend my church or any other civic organization I belong to to purchase any item from this store. They are simply the worst Kentucky fried chicken. I corporate should evaluate the store and shut it down. They should be ashamed of themselves and the franchise should be removed. I’ve even considered calling the health department.

The chicken sandwich i order and the one i got are Clearly different. There is nothing on it but a squirt of mayo. The gm waa there and a pimple dude made it. The picture on the menu is falsel advertising!!! Id like a refund!!! No gravy on my kfc bowl. Out of fries, corn, potpies, etc! Gm was nice i thought.

Unbelievable. I have loved KFC most of my life but I have never, in over 20 years, been to such a bad location before! The parking lot has HUGE potholes. The inside is not clean. My husband went went the bathroom and said it appeared to have not been cleaned and maintained in a month – toilet paper all over on the floor, empty toilet paper dispensers, and it smelled horrible. The service was quick and friendly at the counter, but when we got home with the food, they shorted us a biscuit (which, I understand human error happens, oh well). All but 2 of the biscuits we did get were extremely undercooked… doughy and absolutely disgusting. The Mac n cheese was overcooked. The mashed potatoes and gravy were fine and reflected their usual standard of food. Even the chicken tenders were horrible… I will never come here again. I just can’t. KFC is expensive and gas prices are getting worse. If I’m going to leave and get food like that again, I definitely won’t be wasting the time, money or gas ever going to this location EVER the hell again. NEVER.

Fast, friendly and super courteous service from Eric!. Especially after work, which was much appreciated. This KFC has also been a great spot for really good food. I definitely recommend one of the famous bowls. The mashed potato with corn, chicken, cheese and gravy is outta this world!

Terrible place! I’ve had issues here before but I hadn’t been in years so I thought I’d give it another try. Big mistake! I went through the drive thru during dinner time, it was just me and another car ahead of me. I ordered at 6:27pm, got to the window and was told they didn’t have any chicken ready and it would be a 15 minute wait. Then while the lady was taking my payment, she dropped at least 3 f-bombs and was telling off her coworkers while the window was open! Anyway, I pull up, waited 15 minutes and nothing. I waited 15 more minutes and still nothing! Finally I call and they rudely said they were bringing my order out. Yet another 10 minutes passes, my baby is screaming in the car and I’m about to snap. Finally they bring the food to my car nearly 45 minutes after I placed my order!!! I will NEVER get food here again!

The food is great. Service not so good. Drive threw takes forever, and intercoms never works. I went once around 7pm. I ordered and 16 piece family meal two mashed potatoes macaroni and baked beans with an extra mash and gravy. So they didn’t have any macaroni, wedges or biscuits so I ask for another mash and gravy and they gave us cookies in place of the biscuit and they were hard as a rock. They ended up giving me green beans instead of the baked beans only two mash and one gravy. so I went back to exchange the green beans for my baked beans and get two more mash and gravy. the lobby door was closed over an hr before the lobby closes. So I went threw the drive threw again they did correct my order with no problem. But once I got home for 4 mash potatoes we only got two gravy’s. Let just say that wasn’t a good night for them. But the drive through is never fast or even close to normal.
