Ordered chicken nachos, got a handful of chips, no cheese. A sprinkle of beans and a bit of guacamole and sour cream. Slapped in the corner. I’m not expecting gourmet, but some cheese and I don’t know chicken, looking like the picture seems reasonable .

I go Loco for El Pollo Loco when I’m feeling that chicken craving. Other places just don’t do it as good as El Pollo Loco when it comes to chicken. The grilled chicken is just perfection. Other items are also good but the chicken in their burritos, tacos, and taco salads isn’t as good as the standalone grilled chicken. Often it is too burnt or straight up charred like charcoal briquettes. Even so, you can’t go wrong if you’re looking for good fast casual.

Really good for a higher class fast food place. Love the kac and cheese which is better than the KFC version. Salsa is fresh and tasty, and you can get good deals through the app. I don’t recommend using curbside service pickup though, 2 out of 3 times I have tried it, they never took it out to me after a 20 minute wait, and I had to go inside to pick up the order still lying on the counter, after which of course the food was cold. Better to go inside to order or use the drive thru, delivery, or self-pickup, for which service has always been good.
