Save your money. NOT ALL FILBERTOS are equal. I recently tried a Filbertos for the first time and ordered the carne asada burrito and chicken tacos at the Bell Rd. and Reems location and it was so fantastic. It was flavorful, tender and huge! The tacos were super DE Lish! Because of this experience, I was in the 59th Ave and Peoria Ave location and ordered 2 carne asada burrito to share and I was SO EMBARRASSED! I continually apologized to my friend. It was so terrible! Tasteless DRY and very small! More tortilla than anything. The Guac was just tasteless. We actually had to go into a Starbucks and buy their guac.! WASTE OF MONEY! Never again! Staff at drive-thru was very nice.

I have been going here since they opened. I’ve always ordered the same thing. It’s never the same price.Many times it has been hard to explain something so simple I like a grilled jalapeno and grilled onions on the side I have always ordered this and always paid extra no problem. I can’t understand what is so hard about putting some onion’s in a pan and grill them . I’ll gladly pay for it. After today’s experience they have lost my business. I was a regular customer for years. The lady was so rude , she looked at me like I was crazy for asking. She said we don’t have grilled onions . Are you kidding me the lack of effort on your part just cost you my business. Both her and the chef should be fired they do not know how to speak to customers . So from here on out there is a Federico’s right down the street that is more than happy to grill onions for me.

This location has really gone down. The portions size has really gotten smaller and the cost has gone out. We always end up waiting forever in the drive thru even if there are no other cars. We do enjoy the green sauce and will buy it by the pint. This last time the cashier gave us a hard time and tried telling us it was going to be $7 when it is normally $3. We really feel like we are bothering them when we come and order. The carne asada is cooked well most of the time.

This location, 59th and Peoria, has the freshest refried beans and burns the tortillas a lot less than the other locations around Iike 43rd and cactus… they don’t keep there stuff fresh.

Since moving to Glendale at the end of 2021 this is the only Filiberto’s location I will go to, they are open 24 hours, fulfill online orders, exceptionally fast regardless of ordering inside, online through UberEATS, or through the drive through.
