A blast from the past if you enjoy the atmosphere of wendy’s 20 years past. With limited seating, a constant buzzing of old air conditioning, and served semi cold food that was fried an hour or so past, I’m surprised anyone eats here. Not to mention they are handing our drinks without lids. No surprise when I saw something brown floating in my lemonade.. I love Wendy’s but places this bad are so common in this area for seemingly no reason.

I just had the misfortune to dine at Wendy’s in LaVale, Maryland. I had no problem with the food but the dining area was filthy. My feet stuck to the sticky floor. None of the tables had been wiped after someone had eaten at them. The buffet where you get your napkins was a mess and everything I touched was sticky. We were told when we ordered that there was no coin change. We received our cups to get our beverage and they had ice in them. After I ate I went to the restroom and the floor was very slipery. The sink had dirt crusted around the spigot. As we were dumping our trash and getting ready to leave, a lady spilled her drink and when she told one of the staff they replied. Don’t worry about it. No one came out to wipe it up. I have been to Wendy’s in the past and enjoyed it but that was not the case today.

The worst experience I have had in a long time. The tables are never cleaned I waited 45 minutes to get my food to have over salted fries and then waited another 10 minutes for my drink cups. Needless to say I asked for my money back and left. Oh not to mention the cashier was saying a few choices words that was not to be heard by my children.

This was a stop on a long road trip for us. The restaurant was clean overall, but the soda machine in the dining room had a constant leak that caused the floor to be wet and dangerously slippery. They had a sign out, but it was such a large area that they really should have had someone out there at least mopping up all the excess. Still the same old decent fast food though.

Never usually have issues here, but today was not good. Ordered the ghost pepper chicken sandwich meal (large) and my daughter got a kid’s cheeseburger and added a second burger patty and a frosty. Got to window and was told they were out of spoons then pulled over to check our food. I had a small fry and they were cold, sandwich was just a regular spicy sandwich. Thankfully they took care of it when I took it all back in.

This place honestly is never good. Always messing something up. I ask for 2 fish sandwiches, and get 1 burger. Soft drinks taste funky every time as well. At least the fixed the fries, which used to be horrible. Additionally, their breakfast does not taste good. I’ve never had a good experience here.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The floors were sticky, the line was so long that we were waiting for 10 minutes with no end in sight. People were complaining about the food that they had received, and there is food all over the place. There was no condiments no napkins and the bathrooms were disgusting. It used to be a good place to take our kiddos to but not anymore. The staff is rude and the place is just dirty and disgusting. Something needs done about it.

The chicken was dry and tough like it had been sitting in the heater for several hours beyond what was safe. The burger was the same. They didn’t even give me a spoon for my frosty. I got food poisoning from the food… I doubt this place would pass a legit health inspection.

Stopped by drive thru to get 2 burger combos. One of which was a baconator meal with no toppings. Got our food, fries were cold and rubbery as soon as they were handed to us. Asked for new fries. Checked the burger to be sure it was plain, but it only had 1 thin burger patty, a small slice of cheese, and 2 small pieces of bacon. I asked for the correct burger (again no toppings), was given a biggie bag burger with toppings and onions. (Baconator doesn’t get onions ever). Had to have them remake it again. A third time. Gave us another biggie bag burger but no toppings. (Biggie bag burgers are much smaller than baconators). The burgers tasted awful. They were out of chocolate frosty. After the third burger, I was just embarrassed for them and left.
