Chipotle in Waterworks Mall is terrible! Restaurant is filthy and never stocked. Always out of something like shredded cheese, guac, or el Pastor chicken! The lettuce is wilted and not fresh! I don’t know what happened but this place has went down hill!

I ordered on the app for pickup and something didn’t cross over into their system. I had a confirmation. So my food wasn’t ready when I got there as I had planned it with my work schedule. This is the second time this has happened to me. The employees were very nice and helpful and quickly made it for me. So if anything, I think they just have some system glitches to work out.

This chipotle is by far the worst I have ever gone to. They are continually out of things, the staff is completely disinterested, with zero urgency, and the store looks filthy. Most shocking at this most recent visit, which will be my last, was while there was a long line of customers waiting to give their orders, a pizza was delivered for one of the employees (who was the only person taking orders) and he proceeded to leave the food line to get his pizza as opposed to tending to paying customers. He did not return for about 10 minutes and upon his return he notified everyone in the line they were out of various items. Unsurprisingly, various customers left.

Just horrible!! Why do they ask you for a time when you want to pick up your food if they’re not going to have your food ready at that time? They were 20 minutes late. I ordered “steak” on my bowl … and doubled the meat. HUGE mistake. The “steak” was barely edible! Chewy with grissle. Just horrible!! Literally the worst meal I’ve ever actually paid for.

I don’t know why I continue to go. I wanna believe in them because they’re young but who is the manager? They are always out of something or give you the bare minimum of food so that they don’t run out. They always forget something! used my points to get a free gauc and they did not give me any guac! They don’t even apologize when they tell you that they’re out of stuff they say it as if they almost want you to leave. Whoever owns this particular location really needs to do something it’s a mess. Then they have the nerve to have a sign outside saying they’re now open till 11!?! For what they aren’t going to have anything!

This is possibly the worst run chipotle in the country. Orders are never ready on time. They constantly run out of products. The restaurant always feels overstaffed, but there never feels like there’s a manager working there. Don’t waste your time going here. You will be disappointed.

I don’t go here anymore because I either get ‘skimped’ on a bar ingredient (i.e. they don’t have enough) or the person ahead of me gets 1 lb of cheese, while I get 3 shreds…it’s pot-luck on who makes the bowl. Haven’t been back for over a year.

We went to Chipotle at the Waterworks early last Sunday evening and it was really screwed up. They were out of most items–chicken, rice, lettuce, and ice. When we got to the checkout, they were accepting cash only. Supposedly, someone yelled that out while we were in line. I asked why no “cash only” sign on the door and the cashier just shrugged. Seemed like a lot of staff milling about but no one seemed to be working or in charge. Had to ask them to fill the ice machine and waited and waited while they did so. Its not the staff or staffing issues that caused these problems, but a lack of direction and oversight by management that allowed this to occur.

The food is great, but half the time I go they either have so few employees that it takes forever or they’re out of a bunch of ingredients. Last time they couldn’t make anything but burritos, and half the toppings for those were gone too.

The absolute laaaaaaziest employees I have ever seen and messiest Chipotle behind the counter I have ever seen. They laughed when I asked for my pick up order on several occasions. Rolled eyes when asked for extra sour cream. Multiple occasions my food has been late and there are plenty of employees standing around. The food prep area is extremely messy. When asked if I could cancel my pick up order I was told me they couldn’t do it and I had to do it through the app. Spent 40 min trying to figure out how to reach someone and get my $48 back.
