It seems like when i go online and check the prices and then call my food is always $5 EXTRA !! like is that a delivery fee because if so just say that. it’s not cool to overcharge customers that literally order all the time you shouldn’t overcharge anyone. the food is good but you never know what your paying for and the lady on the phone seems like she’s in a hurry and the last time i ordered i said NO FRIES and i still had fries so please do better because i really like this carry out ~Blessing

My family and I love the food here! We had 2 Orange Chicken with fried rice, Singapore Mei Fun, footlong steak and cheese w/ everything on it, fries and 4 egg rolls which Iwas charged $69.00! This place is always busy so that says a lot! Unfortunately, the problem I had was not getting a receipt, then checking the prices when I got home and realized I paid an additional $12.55! I’m not sure why! I’ve noticed many of the businesses in our area are not giving receipts! Am I being overcharged for food and other things! Just wondering! I don’t want to keep blaming the pandemic for everything so I’m just going to have to keep an eye on my purchases from now on and I suggest you do the same!

I ordered like 35-40 min ago. Stood inside for like 8 min, seeing ppl who had ordered after me. Then she was like oh yeah here… so obviously it was sitting for a while. If it wasn’t hot I would not have accepted it. Perhaps I was low priority because I had caught the lunch special?? But I won’t be back… rice is bland… so missing THE BEIJING HUNAN

The customer service here is HORRIBLE!!!! Never in my life experienced this type of service while in this place. The tiny lady with the glasses and the older lady as the nastiest attitudes. Don’t ever order your food and go sit in the car because it will NOT be prepared. They act as if they are doing you a favor by taking your money.
