I brought my daughter for lunch, and she enjoyed it! The food was fresh and delicious. The staff was extremely nice to us, which as a toddler mom I appreciate. The place is very clean. The have a small little inside eatery, a pink outside area, a decorative back room and and outside party area. I can imagine how lovely this place place would be for a Sunday brunch with the girls. And why it’s so busy in the evenings. We ordered milk cakes to go and they Did NOT DISAPPOINT EITHER! 10-10 THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE.

We’ve been in this restaurant v4 times and the food has never ceased to anaze and scintillate our palate! Their Jordanian special dish of lamb with yogurt which is available only on Friday nights is simply delicious – the lamb was super tender and the yogurt sauce was perfect with the rice. A very large portion, good for three people. Top it off with their pistachio cake- perfect!

The LOOK: When you first walk into Balqees it has a very mom & pop vibe but they actually have a really nice back room and covered patio that is definitely a vibe and well decorated. The FOOD: Was sooo good and well flavored. My friend and I shared the Lamb Haneeth which came with a refreshing salad and the milk cakes were to die for and went well with the pot of black tea with mint we ordered. The HOOKAH: It was decently packed, smooth, clean and with good flavor. Decent Hookah brand and flavor selection as well.

My wife and I came here for dinner and absolutely loved it. Excellent main courses, delicious tea and dessert, and the hookah kept its taste the entire time we were here (white peach, absolutely lovely). The outdoor area was comfortable and enjoyable to spend time in. Next time we are in the area we will absolutely be back.

Balqees has the BEST Middle Eastern food. You have to get their watermelon lime slushie. It’s amazing, and their back area is so cute! We will definitely be back.

Very friendly staff and owners, the food was excellent and the dessert to die for. If you visit this place, keep in mind the back room is where everyone posts their pretty pictures from, don’t let the front define what you think of this place. The pistachio cake was so delicious and is a must try.

Last night we were pleasantly surprise to happen upon Balqees! The falafel, Chicken Shawarma and Sambousa with vegetables were so yummy! Next time I’m going to order the green tea that everyone else was ordering, but I still enjoyed the mango drink! The music was lively and the outdoor seating was perfect for celebrating our anniversary. Friendly staff with excellent service. Highly recommend Balqees!
