I had boss dogs for the first time last night and it was amazing! The chili dogs tasted great and the two gentlemen who own the place were super friendly and energetic and one even brought my order to my car across the street (parking lot was full). The prices were very reasonable and the portions were good too. I will definitely be back!!! These guys are really filling a much needed niche in the green bay restaurant/food truck market!

I have stopped at this food truck numerous times over the last year or so and ever visit it is delicious. The menu has some staples, my favorite is the Baked Philly with some fries dipped in boss sauce!! It’s delicious.

This Food Trailer is an Authentic Chicago Style and Southern Style Foods. They come with their own recipes. All of their seasonings, spices, sauces, signature flavors as well are all authentic and made from scratch. Everything is always fresh and made from scratch. Carlos and Malcolm have something special going on. They usually open Wednesday-Saturday from 5pm-Bar close at Partyline Bar on Bellevue st in Green Bay Wisconsin. Their food has flavor and it’s authentic. Go see for yourself! This place is one of a kind must try. I am a Food and Drink Critic myself! 5 ⭐️ isn’t enough!! I highly recommend this place.
