*Greensboro, NC* We went here last year and the food was a delight, the service was awesome even with us having a big party. This year, our hotel window is overlooking it. So we decided to go out! It was raining pretty hard, and was worse when we got there. We came in DRIPPING WET. After being seated, one of the hosts brought us towels to help us dry off. The server was so patient and sweet while we decided what we wanted. The food was just amazing and fun! If you’ve never had a seafood boil, DO. IT. HERE. We were offered to go drinks and everything! The prices were way cheaper than what I pay back home! We had 2 entrees, 2 appetizers and 2 alcoholic beverages. This would have easily run me $130 or more back home before tip! This is definitely going to be a spot we hit any time we’re in the area!

We love this place. It’s expensive so it’s a special occasion when we go but it’s so good. The juicy sauce makes it so good. It seems like the prices constantly increase every time we go, but the food is so good. This location has an aquarium theme projection on all the walls, which is an awesome touch. I would get so sick of seeing it if I worked there because it seems to repeat every 2-3 minutes, but the kids love it. The service could improve if they had more than 2 servers, servicing the whole restaurant during the dinner rush. But, the steam bag concept makes the food come out fast, so that’s a plus.

Horrible Location! WARNING ⚠️ I had an extremely bad experience. The manager has no empathy with his patrons or integrity with food quality. I love seafood boils and Red Crab’s usually, however after finding a FLY in my seafood boil purchase from the**** CONE BLVD. PYRAMID VILLAGE***** location and contacting the manager and him not resolving or trying to correct the situation I’m EXTREMELY DISGUSTED . If I could give this location a ZERO I would. After this review…PLEASE don’t eat at RED CRAB or at least not at this one! I definitely won’t and will tell anyone I personally know not to visit there! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING THE FOOD & MANAGEMENT at CONE BLVD. GREENSBORO, NC

Great build! Friendly staff! The food came fast and was hot! The taste was above average! The waitress was pleasant and had a welcoming vibe! However, management clearly have not trained this waitress in a formal way. Culinary school opened my eyes to the skill it takes to be a great server and necessary to the profits of themselves and the establishment they work for. Great service equals Higher profits! Keep grinding Red Crab!!!!! I’ll be back!!!!

I had a very bad experience for a pickup order. The GM supposedly made the order well he did a horrible job and didn’t try to do anything to accommodate my concerns. Do yourself a favor and go spend your money somewhere else. I order a family tray with 2 pounds of crawfish. The crawfish for this time of the year. It looked like less then a pound. I was told it should be 24 crawfish. Considering they where very small more should have been included. Let’s not even talk about the lack of sauce in the pan less then an inch of sauce for the food. The 2 pieces of corn I received was over cooked. . I also ordered a 2 pounds of shrimp with the head on. It was more shrimp with the head off. I was cheated out of $85. I ordered a separate bag with just shrimp and crawfish. They put less then a cup in that bag. Horrible I won’t be returning. Go there if you want you’ve been warned.

Seafood is my favorite, and although I can’t get fresh seafood like I used to growing up at the beach, the Red Crab definitely has great quality seafood. I have only had take out orders from this location, and each time, it was delicious! I have gotten the Monday special a few times and also black mussels a LOT! Each time, the food came out quickly, and the order was always correct. I love the seasoning, and the quantities are right on point with the prices.

Dove was a great attendant who waited on me & my friend. We both ordered seafood boils and it was delicious. The service was great and we didn’t wait long for our food.
