Terrible service. An employee was cursing outside of the building before we even got in. We mobile ordered our food and it wasn’t ready for 15 minutes from when we got there. The food wasn’t even what we ordered. It was all dark meat and no white meat. Additionally, and the real reason this review is here, there was a purple paper tag in the bottom of the chicken basket! Completely unsanitary and unsatisfactory.

Generally, the chicken is OK. I got the app and was surprised to find an eight piece chicken for $10. I ordered the extra crispy and when I got home it was extra greasy. I think in order to give those deals they get the chicken that’s been sitting around for the longest throw it in the bucket and call it good. It was anything but crispy. Just gross.

Manager was extremely rude and hung up on my fiancee twice when we were trying to place a large chicken order. Very rude and highly unprofessional, time and date of call for manager review is 5/9 at 6pm. Claimed that they get an ” excess of prank calls and assumed we were one and so hung up”. No clarifying situation, asking questions, or apologies. Only demanding that we order from your location and not waste time. Doubtfully gonna shop here again.

Don’t order here using online. Drive through is fastest. They’ll make u wait for 20+ minutes and the rest of the people walking in get their food first. So if u want to get ur food fast. Do not order online I wasted almost 30minutes for an ordered I made prior than when I arrived. So saved ur time.
