We’re relocating nearby and after a hard day of moving we decided to stop in and try Marco’s. The pizza was delicious as expected. The service and cleanliness were something else. Every table inside was dirty with crumbs or spilled drinks. We asked to have a table cleaned and the front counter employee took care of it. However he did not clean our seats and didn’t bother to clean the other tables. When our pizza was brought to our table, there were no plates, napkins or utensils provided. So, we went back to the counter to request them. I think we’ll go to Marco’s again since it will be close to our new home, but only for takeout. Dining in was not a pleasant experience for us.

I’m so happy Marco’s Pizza moved into the Lake Nona neighborhood! I don’t eat pizza too frequently, but every so often I get an intense craving and there are not a ton of great options in this area. We ordered delivery the very first day this location opened to the public. It arrived very hot, exactly on time, and the pizza was delicious! The thing I love about Marco’s are the options. They have several toppings to choose from and you can even top your crust. I always opt for the Garlic Butter crust and it never disappoints.

I have been a long standing customer for Marcos’s Pizza, sadly this location doesn’t have the same service anymore. I had ordered a heart shaped pizza & a brownie for my valentine dinner while I worked. So excited to get my food & the driver who had a language barrier called me to say he was lost. I speak Spanish & was able to help him with directions, 40 mins passed and the driver had not arrived yet. Contacted the store & they told me “he just delivered your pizza” while my husband was speaking to the driver on the phone. The staff member on the phone kept saying “he’s there now” and I requested to speak to a manager. A manager by the name “Josh” got on the line & apologized and said they have issues with their tracking system & told me due to the inconvenience he would process a refund by the end of the night. It didn’t feel right, nothing had shown on my account so when I called the store a nice lady told me that there was no manager by that name & nothing had been processed. They lied to me! & said that a manager couldn’t open the transaction so they would offer a credit for my next purchase. How can I purchase again with the negative experience I had? my food was delivered 40 mins late, I had to come and get it from the driver and I was lied about a refund. You want to keep your clients then don’t lie to them! Preferably go and buy your pizza somewhere else or make it at home because places like this don’t deserve our money and time.
