We went out for our parents anniversary. I had the chicken and shirmp, broccoli, and loaded mashed potatoes. It was delicious. This holds a special place because we ate at Applebee’s when I found my dad in 2010, and we had our 1st family dinner that night.

Been here many times. This past time was a mess. With the exception of 3 fountain sodas ( pepsi, diet pepsi and Mt dew ) plus almost out of pepsi they were out of everything even sweet tea. When she bright or pepsi they were then out and said our refill had to be something else. My sins steak was over cooked, not what he ordered, my burger was dry and my wife’s food was dry as well. Not going back for a long time to this location.

Today July 1, 2021 at 2:20 pm I met an old friend I haven’t seen in year’s. Myranda greeted us patiently and professionally waited on us to order. During our meal she no less than 7 times checked in on us to make sure our meal was ok and if we needed refills on drinks. The meal was great as Myranda service was. I’m doing this review because especially nowadays it’s so very easy to criticize. But very difficult to compliment a job well done! I’m complimenting Myranda for a job well done!! We walked in about 6:30pm on a Saturday. Even though less than half the tables were occupied, We had to wait 15 minutes for a table. . Explanation was that they had allot of to go orders. Why ? There was an off duty employee sitting in the waiting area on her phone. We finally got a table in the back corner next to what appeared to be an employee table where a couple of employees were on phones and eating etc. Our waitress was polite but not attentive. We asked for water with our meal but it wasn’t untill we we asked again after we ate was it delivered. We ordered shrimp with our steaks but it came with only tarter sauce and we had to flag down another waitress to bring cocktail sauce.

I would usually do a nice review, but unfortunately today has not been such a great experience we have currently been in Applebee’s for an hour. We have not received our last drink until literally right now as I am typing this. I am here with my four children and if you have children or know someone with children it’s not pleasant to have to wait this long. I do understand being under staffed don’t get me wrong, but the only one I see working hard is the manager. She is running to and from everywhere. So props to her. Her staff obviously needs to be replaced because she is a hard worker and she deserves people who strive hard and are committed to doing their jobs.
