So absolutely disgusted every single time I order from here. They have forgotten things on our orders and expect you to wait 15-20 minutes while all of your other food gets cold. We have had pepperoni rolls and specialty pizzas very undercooked! If you want Pizza Joes go to another location because this one continuously sucks. Don’t waste your money or time.

At 7:30 pm. No one else in the store but me at the time. Attempted to order a pizza for carry out. Drew and the young lady working with him saw me walk in. They continued to assemble a meat slicer and totally ignored me. I stood there for nearly 5 minutes without either of them asking if they could help me. I left and they watched me through the window as I pulled away.

Product was good. Ordered on doordash. The issue was the delivery was way later than it was stated it would be, we were missing 1 pizza and the menu online said they had things they did not. When I called to discuss the errors of my order the gentleman was very respectful and polite. But upon arriving to get my missing pizza I seen he was in store alone to run both the restaurant and the general store. Was a little disappointed.

The food is good when they get it right. The evening shift has little to no ambition and an equal amount of brains. Three orders in a row have either been wrong or where never made until I showed up to get and then had to wait for it to be made. A serious look needs to be made into the evening shift employees.
