I love the #17 noodle bowl with the option of beef chicken or pork! Today I ordered it with chicken and rice. It’s a huge healthy meal choice so it feeds me and I can split it with someone else!

When I moved to Dodge City, I thought I would have to give up my favorite vietnamese foods. But then Saigon Cafe Bistro opened, and I have all of my favorite foods again! The pho is as good or better than any pho that I have gotten in a bigger city; the broth is spot-on. When they first opened, they had tripe pho available, but now the tripe is unfortunately not on the menu. But they do have all of the other addins like tendon, and brisket, and meatballs. The spring rolls and bahn mi taste just like I remember. They recently started having boba drinks, too, although with flavored boba instead of tapioca! This place is definitely my favorite restaurant in Dodge City and I come here every time I have a craving for vietnamese food. The menu also has rice plates and noodle bowls, but I haven’t had them yet because I never get tired of my favorite dishes.

Wow, a authentic taste of Saigon in the heartland of the USA. The egg rolls were awesome! I tried the marinated charbroiled pork steak; it was absolutely delicious. Soup and rice with the steak were perfect. I’ll be back!

Seriously great food. We were passing through, and super glad we stopped. Portion size is very generous, and the food was delicious. Only drawback is the parking, but I can look past that for great food.

As a person changing his eating habits to vegan it is hard to find something to eat art an Asian cafe. I had an awesome tofu sandwich. Would definitely recommend it.

The food here is good, but wish they had more variety and longer hours with a larger facility if you get there last 15-20 minutes after they’ve opened you’ll be waiting a while for a seat but the call in pick up service is very convenient
