Great dock bar and restaurant with live music on the weekends! You have stunning views from almost every seat inside and outside.

We love this place. You know, when you find a good place you want to keep it a secret….

This place was pretty neat. We were in town to visit some friends who dock their boat at the marina and we had dinner at Stan and Joes. They make the “crush” drinks which I understand to be native to the Maryland Chesapeake region. Of course they have plenty of crab options. The thing I enjoyed the most was actually the old bay garlic wings. I thought they were a unique blend of styles, with the garlic giving a pleasant addition to the old bay dry rub. The thing about Maryland is they can’t get enough of this old bay spice and crabs, but that’s ok because it gives them something special. The deck on the water is a nice view too.

Fun place. Staff were quick and fun. Good food with great views. Easy in and out on a boat.

Avoid at all costs! The food was absolutely terrible, and the service was the worst I have ever seen! There were 6 of us there. My daughter ordered food for three 15 minutes before we ordered. After way too much time went by, we had to ask 2 times where our food was. When they finally brought the food, they brought our 3 plates and didn’t bring my daughter’s 3 plates. After 15 minutes our waitress came over and asked how everything was. She clearly saw 3 people with food and 3 without food! I asked, “where is their food”, they ordered 15 minutes before us? Once it came out, we started eating. One of us got fried shrimp and another got coconut shrimp. Both was so overly salted and over breaded; we couldn’t eat it. The crab dip we ordered was 17.95 and was made of what tasted like imitation crab. It was tasteless. The shrimp dish that I ordered was 22.95 and not only was the shrimp over salted and over breaded, but the shrimp were also extremely small. All breading and salt! If you are looking to have a few drinks at a waterfront restaurant, and are not ordering food, then you will get a good view. If you are looking to also receive good food and service, go somewhere else! I will never go back there again! It was a waste of 87.00 for the three of us!

We had a lovely lunch at Stan and Joe’s Riverside. We started with local oysters which were very fresh. We also had crab dip and hush puppies. Both were very tasty. Then we shared 2 dozen number 1 crabs. They were hot and meaty. Alexa, our server, was attentive and friendly. What a lovely setting to spend time enjoying a great meal with a spectacular view.

Really fun place to go! Our family went on Mothers Day so it was super packed and service was a bit slow, but not so much that it was a big deal. Our waitress had just been seated 4 other large-party tables, but still had a fantastic personality and was as attentive as she could be. The food was delicious, (I highly recommend the Ahi Tuna tacos and stuffed mushrooms!) and the drinks were great. We came in on a boat and had to wait a few minutes for a dock, but again, it was Mothers Day and super busy, but had made a reservation for 12 and were seated immediately upon entering. All in all, this was a great experience and I look forward to going back!

Our sailing trip down the bay would not be complete without stopping in for a meal. This time Riley served us nicely. You’d never know it was her 2nd day on the job. And Laureen took our reservations upon our approach to the West River. Food was excellent as always and the waterfront dining the best

It’s my first time to eat here. We went here on weekend lunch time. We ordered the fish and chips which is not tasty. The coleslaw that came with it is bland. The rockfish is more nicer and crunchy. The server asked me if I want onion ring instead of fries with my rockfish and I said yes. When the bill arrived, there was extra charge for onion rings. I didn’t mind if the server told me that there was an upcharge for the onion rings instead of being surprised at the fee in the bill. The server also charged my kid meal which show in the menu that it comes with a drink an additional fee for the price of adult drink. I told her and she removed the drink charge. I just wished that the servers will be more upfront with any upcharge they will bill us when offering options with your order. That’s honesty and professionalism. I would have not given a 3 star.
