Order food here around 12 am. Items were not fresh and not eatable. Chicken was dried and chalupa very hard. Very disappointed I wanted to go back and throw this food at their window but i was already tired. Owner if you see this you should refund my money back. Next time just tell that you don’t have fresh food

Ordered on the kiosk because I customize a lot. Took a while standing at the counter before anyone walked over to give me our drink cups. The soda fountain was in great shape and everything worked correctly. Food came out pretty fast even though the drive thru was busy. Everything was hot, fresh and delicious. The “dipping taco” was incredible. Might try it with a different mix of sauces next time! I have a perpetual weakness for red sauce, though, so I was delighted that it was one of the default options. There was enough fillings and/or toppings for everything we ordered. It was quiet, the seating area was clean, and we got to eat slowly and enjoy it. Will definitely be back!!!

I was in the store yesterday & the drive through lady leaned out & was petting & getting kisses all over her from a dog in a customers car. It was cute until she didn’t leave to go wash her hands. I have dogs & know what they lick…I didn’t want that on my food so I left. I didn’t even order…just left.

Worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. I love Taco Bell but this location is an embarrassment. This location is brand new while sitting in the drive thru half of their electronic menu blacked out. It was out for several minutes so if someone didn’t know what they wanted and had to look at the menu that was an issue. I know that they just opened but the employees should still have manners and respect. I ordered two burrito supremes but one without onions and they didn’t mark which was which. The cashier said he didn’t know and had a major attitude when asked why they weren’t marked. I don’t understand why the people making the food wouldn’t mark the one without onion like they do at other locations. I also got a Pepsi that tasted like absolutely horrible. Definitely won’t EVER visit this location again. They just literally threw it in the corner because the drive thru is horrible, parking is horrible, the employees don’t care and the food and drink are beyond horrible. Do yourself a favor and eat anywhere else besides this specific location!!

The Drive-thru “manager” Sam aka Samee aka Samantha Hill treats people like garbage, and when they leave a negative review she sets up another new account to tell everyone how great she and the restaurant are to off-set the negative rating… see the MULTIPLE reviews from her? Yep, this woman has sunk so low she’ll need to climb a ladder to reach Hell. Pathetic, truly.

I’ve ordered from here 4 times now (3 on DoorDash and 1 through the drive-thru) and every time something is wrong or just doesn’t hit the mark of what you imagine your typical Taco Bell to taste like. The foods made sloppy and seems like it’s just tossed together, two times I’ve gotten hard and stale shells, no cheese between my flour and corn tortilla on my gordita crunch taco, made wrong (asked to sub potatoes for beef and they didn’t) and the this last time the soda was carbonated water instead of the sprite I ordered. Was initially super happy with how close this Taco Bell was to my house but just overall just very disappointed. Just drive the extra miles to your next Taco Bell, not worth it.
