I had a large lunch to provide that was brought to my attention at 8 am that morning. I called KFC and talked with the manager apologizing for no notice. She told me “No problem, just head this way and we’ll have it ready” The service was great. The guys raved on the food. I just wanted to say thank you to the staff that worked 3/22 at 10 am. We ordered the $20 8 piece orginal dark chicken meal. The chicken was so bland. It did not have the spices that KFC is known for. The gravy was also plain not the usual delious gravy. The gravy had the taste of a cheap brown gravy envelope. We won’t go back to Rayville la. again!

I first placed an order with a KFC coupon booklet I received for making a donation. I was told they don’t take coupons. I asked why I was told they don’t. So I proceeded to order a 3 peice dark crispy that came with two sides and drink. I received 2 peices of chicken and one side. Being I lived an hour and 20 mins away(this was a stop on my way home) I released much too late. The attendant was rude. I won’t be coming back. That’s why the drive Thur and parking lot is always empty. I paid 12 dollars for an order that was supposed to be 2.00 off with a coupon. And only got half my order. So I paid 12.00 for a two peice drink and one side.
