Didn’t order anything well because they already cleaned their grills so couldn’t serve us. I felt that was bogus and prepping to clean at the END OF THE SHIFT is cool but NOT when YOU’RE STILL OPEN AND SERVING COSTUMERS. If the lobby is closed ok great understandable clean whatever out there but why would you shut down the source of income? I see why the COOKOUT had a MASSIVE LINE other than the food is great but everyone was pulling off from McDonald’s to go there. Losing business because they want to clean up and shut things down before they’re even closed…smh

My wife and I visited this McDonalds restaurant today Monday July10, 2023. We have frequented this location several times and had given a favorable Google review. We placed our order at 159 pm at the register and received our dine in number. Our receipt shows the order taken at 159 pm. At 224 PM, they brought the order to our table. Yes, 25 minutes later. Our fries were cold, and they made both our Crispy chicken sandwiches wrong. My wife’s had no chees, and mine had pickles and literally a drop of mayo. I took the entire tray up to the counter and politely asked that my order be corrected and fries to be hot. The gentleman at the register said no problem, we’ll correct tha, and I gave him my original receipt to go off of to correct the order. They brought the corrected order to our table only to find out they made my chicken wrong again. It had pickles like it was supposed t, but now had no may, and they put ketchup on it! So once again I made a trip from my table back up to the counter for a third try to get this corrected. A few minutes later the young girl brought my sandwich to me and she was followed by an older lady in her late 40s or 50s. I assume she was a shift manager, not sure though. But this lady in front of everyone asked me why I brought my first sandwich back because she said it was made correctly the first time. I said no, it wasn’t because there was only a drop of mayo on it if that. She then tells me I should have come up to the counter and asked for more mayo! I said I shouldn’t have to. You should have made it right the first time. I told her as she stood at our table that this is not a debate. I have my 3rd sandwich and it’s prepared right and she can leave us alone. She was rude.What a great role model for the young girl that was standing there with her. She should have just come out and apologized to my wife and I and asked if there is anything else she could do but she chose to confront me about my sandwich. Is this the kind of employee you want representing your McDonalds? Or is this the best you can get? Most of our other experiences at this location have been favorable. But not today. We spent over $22 for our meals. I have all the receipts for this order also. We could have and should have gone down the street to La Fiesta Grande and spent a few more bucks and got great food and great service. I contacted the franchise owners Chip and Katie Kenworthy by email as they have a sign posted with their contact info saying, ” we look forward to hearing from you.” Yep, you guessed it, no reply from the “proud owners”. Another customer service failure.

They don’t care if your order is correct or not. Even one of the managers was snarky even though clearly the food we got did not match the receipt. The window girl kept slamming the window slide and the manager stood there and watched her do it. We did go back eventually as we figured with employee turn over it wouldn’t take long to get better service and we were right.

Listen, maybe I am misinformed and maybe this is no longer allowed, but today I asked for a McDouble bundle. I asked to remove the ketchup/mustard, but add lettuce and Mac sauce. The worker made a rude remark and said that they cannot put the Mac sauce on the sandwich. I was very confused because I did this 2 weeks ago. So, I said never mind and got the reg bundle. Normally I would carry on, but I noticed the worker later being rude to a guest that came up to the counter. I also did some research and there is nothing online saying that the Mac Sauce cannot go on a McDouble. In fact, on March 7th, there was something that came out that verified that you CAN but Mac sauce on the sand which. Now is this a big deal? Usually no. But with raising prices, I have to eat as cheaply as I can. So next time, I will either go on the app and add the Mac Sauce myself, or I will just go somewhere else. However, I don’t care what establishment it is. The customer is not always right, but an employee has no right to talk down on a guest.
