Enjoyed our breakfast here at Hub City. Perfect place for a Saturday breakfast before a long bike ride home. Note the extensive hot sauce collection they brought to the table. When we go back to Plymouth again next year, pretty sure this will be our breakfast stop. Classic greasy spoon diner.

I’m now a regular and have been for a month. All I gotta do is call ahead and they already know who I am lol. The staff is always so down to earth and the friendliest I’ve ever met. I love their food. I love the girls and I love the service. Wait time for my food is always less than 10 minutes and I cam be out by 30 minutes with no hassle even when it’s busy.

I ordered the bacon and cheese omelette. It was big and loaded with cheese. I didn’t t really taste the bacon that much. The hash browns had a somewhat oily taste. Nice waitress.
