The food here is amazing. I am pretty picky about going out for Chinese since I am pretty skilled at making my own. I will happily pay to eat here though. Portion size is decent, and prices are pretty average (they offer a small cash discount). Service is super quick in my experience. The interior is nothing special but don’t let that dissuade you. This place is really good and very clean.

Ordered my food and was told one price. When I went in to pick it up I was told the same price. So I handed them my card. I ended up being charged more than I was told it was going to be. When I questioned it I was told that there was a convenience fee of 4% for using a card. I have been here before and there has never been a fee for using a card. I had the cash to pay if they would have told me about the fee. I don’t agree with being told one price and then charged a different price with no explanation. On top of this issue the prices are too high now. This was the last time I go to China One. Definitely too expensive for mediocre food. Also not good business practices.

I’ve got take out here for years. Always good. The last two times I’ve tried to order they don’t answer their phone when they’re busy. I drove up there myself to see it with my own two eyes. I guess they have too much business to handle. That’s bad business and makes me want to go somewhere else

We have always LOVED China One but unfortunately since the new ownership, the customer service has decline significantly. The food is still great as it always has been. We’ve been ordering elsewhere but decided to give them one last chance tonight. Big mistake. When placing our order we asked for an order of crab rangoon. The gentleman clarified that we wanted 8 pieces and we said that was correct. When we picked up our order we received a half order of crab rangoon. My husband went back inside to get the remaining 4 pieces only to find out that the order was placed wrong and that we would have to purchase another half order which also required paying the credit card fee of 4% AGAIN. They make a mistake and take no credit for it resulting in the customer paying for it. We will not be back which is extremely sad as we have been loyal customers for years. Do better China One.

We used to get takout all the time, never, never once had an ussue with Quality, Customer Service or anything. Now they are NEVER answering their phones. I swear they disconnect them sometimes just so they don’t have to listen to it ring.
