My husband and our two children ate here last night after a recommendation from a friend. It was fantastic! The food was unbelievable. Even our 7 year old said it was the best macaroni and cheese he’s ever had The staff were attentive and very friendly. We will be back the next time we’re in the area!

I’m sorry to leave such a negative review of a place that my wife and I usually enjoy, but our experience tonight was terrible. In general the meals have been very inconsistent, especially considering their limited menu, but my meal tonight was the proverbial last straw for me. The carrots with my pork chop were so under cooked that when I went to cut into one it shot across my plate and onto my shirt and pants, spraying oil all over me! Which I hope will clean out. By contrast, the carrots on my wife’s dish were lovely. An aggravating issue that could have been easily fixed by someone in back of house doing their job.

Despite four stars we actually liked this restaurant a lot. The building itself is unpretentious and trendy- a recovered industrial space. Host and wait staff very nice and attentive especially for an American restaurant. Food was very very good a notch below excellent. Liked the crab Rangoon appetizer as a change from the ordinary. Nice texture in flavors although the lettuce was wilted. Ordered Weiner schnitzel for a main course and I do not think it was made fresh in the kitchen. It looked to have been previously frozen since the breading was not at all attached to the piece of veal, which was floating in an air pocket. Flavors were good. I had unfortunately had a mental picture of a schnitzel that I had in Vienna and this was completely different. Side dishes were good but ordinary. My wife had the glazed salmon and felt the glaze was spicy. They offered to remake it without the glaze but the chef put on too much pepper and overcooked the second piece. She couldn’t finish it. Home made pecan pie for dessert was short on the pecans, but also a nice flavor although very dry.

An absolute hidden gem. I was blown away by this place. Without a doubt in my top 3 for this area. Expertly crafted cocktails, and masterfully executed food. I went with a large group of some of the best restaurant employees in this area and almost everything was superb. A very cozy atmosphere with warm colors and a soothing floor arrangement this place is a must visit for any foodie around here.

Fantastic food, atmosphere and service! We thoroughly enjoyed dinner at the new Kevin’s. The new menu had a great variety of options and something for everyone. They also offer vegan and gluten free options, as well as some off menu features. Everything we ordered was cooked perfectly. Our server, Tracey, was wonderful – she was knowledgeable about the menu, friendly and attentive. She really made our experience enjoyable. We will definitely go back to Kevin’s.
