I think we found a local hangout and really enjoyed it. We ordered cheese curds (they were ok, sauce was good), mushroom Swiss burger (great taste), fries were yummy yummy, hamburger steak (very good) and my 9 yr old had a cheeseburger. Yum. We were there in a Wednesday night and the parking lot was packed. We got in right away and served right away. The ticket shocked me. We ordered a large blue moon ($4.25) and the regular shiner ($2.75). Wow!! We will be back again!

I’ve been to Blu Barrel on a few occasions and it consistently has good drinks and good food. This visit we were wanting to get out of the house on a Tuesday night and after a couple stops at another notable restaurant where we were ignored when we walked in the door. So we decided to swing by Blu Barrel, glad we did. We had the cheese curds and quick drink. Prices are reasonable and service was very friendly. Will definitely be back.

What a great experience. We walked into the comfortable dining area. It was busy but still seating available. We got the Grilled Chicken sandwich. Hot and quick with nice pico and bacon. They were tasty and the fries were excellent also. Our server was new but was very attentive and helpful. It was also good to see the managers helping out. A lot. We will return so we can try other items on the menu.

Had to waste 45 minutes at about 2:15 so I stopped in this place not knowing it was a bar till AFTER I stopped . ( nothing wrong with a bar I just didn’t expect it to be a bar). Anyways I ordered the chicken fried steak with mixed vegetables and tots. Was great and the service was fabulous.

Nice friendly place. Looks small and gets busy, but the outdoor seating is larger than it looks once you’re inside. When I got here I wasn’t sure what to order so I got a Moscow mule. It came in a metal cup and was made perfectly. We were the only people to sit outside during sundown but the day was cool and the seating was pleasant. The misters were a little strong but may be perfect on a hot day with a large crowd. We didn’t order any food while we were here but the menu had some great choices and prices. Will def be back. Great for a quick drink.

I have been here many times and haven’t been disappointed yet. This evening I had the Jalapeño Poppers to start with. They were cooked perfect with the crunchy bacon on the outside and the pepper inside a little crunchy as well. The ranch for dipping had great flavor and pair well with the poppers.

Enjoyed coming here. Got into town late and there wasn’t much open. I saw the reviews and called to verify the kitchen was still open. Kitchen stays open till 11. Music was a little loud at first but they adjusted it and put the game on for us. Would definitely recommend checking it out. Got the wings this time and they had great flavor. Next time have to try their burger.

First and last time there. Slow service. Waitress more interested in talking to her co-workers and checking her phone than doing her job. Food was cold when it arrived. The one on Buffalo Gap Rad is 100% better all around.

Disappointed. Ordered the garlic parmesan bone-out wings; they were like little chicken meatballs, flavorless. Salsa had chunks of garlic in it. Jalapeño margarita had too much sweet-n-sour. Wasn’t told that tots were an additional $3! We had a large party and the waitress was very friendly and accompanying.
