The waitress was so nice and friendly! The service was very slow we were there for almost 2 hours. We were seated immediately so that was not included in the two hours. It took awhile to get rolls and drinks (4 waters, apple juice and chocolate milke and we never got a refill even after asking). It was not super busy the waitress said because of memorial day so I don’t understand the long 45 minutes wait after ordering to get our food.. we ordered two kids hotdog meals, Chicken sandwich and the roadkill meal. The kids refused to eat their meals because it had taken so long to get the food out they had already filled up on bread (we in total were given 5 baskets before our food even came out). I ordered my roadkill (essentially Salisbury steak) medium and it came out cold and rare. After waiting 10 minutes and no waitress or anybody (we were in the back corner) I was able to get the attention of someone who turned out to be the manager. When I showed her it was rare and she agreed and went to get it fixed. 10 minutes later she came back out with another roadkill plate.This time it was over cooked and the patty was half the size of the original one. I hate being difficult and had already worked up the courage to ask for the first one to be right so I just ate it…

Overall pretty decent for a national chain. While the food is clearly not coming from a scratch kitchen, it was nevertheless prepared well and full-flavored. My catfish had a strong fishy taste, which I don’t remember from previous times. Otherwise, everything else was good. The service was prompt and our waitress was excellent. The atmosphere, aside from being packed with people, just felt kinda grimy. The tables were wiped down well enough, but the other things like condiments and menus clearly were not.

~I myself have now lived in Fort Wayne for 9 years, and I have never once been to Texas Roadhouse. However, I constantly drive by there, and I have also have had many different friends who themselves have been there. While I do very much always see that they have an overflowing parking lot, Everyone who I have spoken to concerning a review, have been told by them that while the food is definitely decent, that they lack in Customer Service at times; And to instead just go to either Logan’s -or- to Longhorns instead.

What can I say? I just love Texas Roadhouse. Best bread and butter ever! And they actually had catfish! Everything was great! First time having the green beans and they were very tasty! Had a southern flare to them. Truly enjoyed. Our bartender/server Katie was excellent also! She was a joy! Haven’t been to to a Texas Roadhouse in a long while because many locations in Virginia stopped serving catfish. Fort Wayne did not disappoint! Oh and my co-worker had the chicken fried chicken. She truly enjoyed as well! We ate very well

It was my boyfriend and i first time coming! The waiters were amazing and sweet we got to try fried pickles for the first time for free!! they gave us a bag of peanuts too!! our waiter was very sweet and the food came out very fast for how many customers there were ! i definitely recommend

We were there after a funeral. Had a decently large group. People were separated and had to split checks to pay for bills. We were there and ordered before 5. I ordered the chicken Caesar salad off of the early dinner menu. I am on a limited diet plan and ordered the salad without croutons and received it with extra. Then when we got the bill I was charged the full price for the salad and not the early dinner price. When I brought this up to the server, he said “The manager must have shut the button off”, which I replied with, why did they shut it off before 5pm? He argued back and forth for a few minutes and then rudely said, “What would you like me to do?” Which at that point I just said to pay my bill because he showed no interest in trying to get this fixed for me. He returned my change which in either case , if he got the bill fixed or not, was incorrect which he quickly handed to me and walked away.
