There always seems to be an issue with this location. Registers don’t work, down for maintenance at least 1-2 times a month, not enough staff which cause long long lines, mobile orders never ready. I place a mobile order today which the app allowed me too just to show up on my short lunch break to the store being closed and no one would answer to refund me.

I ordered a bigger plate, chow me in and sizz shrimp at an upchrge, it would let me do 2 of the shrimp at an up charge so I ordered a dbl grilled Teri con. I ordered also a small size of the sizz shrimp and then crab Rangoon. I drove back to Vinings and found my order incomplete. No Sizz Shrimp for my main bigger plate. That’s 16 miles, no shrimp and now no one answers the phone, and the chow mein was dry almost crunchy! $21 dollars plus and not what I ordered!

I really like the food great. Customer services need some work in some of the employee. But the problem here is there cleaning the bathroom very dirty. The fountain station very sticky and dirty. I could understan due that there are very busy the line here is about 30 minutes or more.

Horrible service. Placing my order was EASY, however obtaining my food took about 15 minutes. There was barely a LINE!! The excuse was because of new employees, and ill training. After obtaining my food I noticed about 2 eye lashes on my food container; told the cashier which he wasn’t bothered by. This was disturbing!! I will never return back!

The food was just okay; the broccoli & beef seemed to be missing the beef. The food was not all that fresh as I am accustomed to. I asked for napkins & did not receive any. But, what really disappointed me was the way my delivery order was presented to me. The bag was not sealed at all. This is a definite NO for me! I want to know that the delivery person has not tampered with my food. Please do better with your delivery orders.
