We came for a carry out order. The store was extremely busy, which was not a problem. My husband waited for about 7 minutes while customers were served in front of us (again not a problem). When the two employees were finished serving the previous two customers, they returned to the beginning of the line (where my husband and I were standing patiently). The two employees proceeded to pull and prepare incoming online orders without so much as a hello, greeting, or “we will be with you in a minute.” Highly unprofessional and indicative of poor customer service. Waiting was not the issue but being treated like we were invisible is unacceptable and not what we expect nor will accept. We walked out with the intention of never visiting again. A business that ignores customers is not deserving of our patronage.

Hands down the worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant. We place an order online for pick. We got to the restaurant they claimed they couldn’t find our order in the system. We showed the order confirmation and our bank statement where the funds had been taken out. The Manager TaMarcus was disrespectful and has no customer service skills and refused to make our order. He gave us the wrong number to customer service. When we received the right number, the customer service tried to call the store and the store manager refuse to answer the phone. They magically found our order after customer finally got a hold of them and it ended up being the wrong order and the food was cold. I tried to tell them the food was cold and the manager refused to to fix it. THE WORST!!!

Out of white rice, my beef and broccoli has 2 small pieces of beef in the whole order and was ice cold, my shrimp taste fish and old. Woman who took my order couldn’t have been any more rude if she tried. Crab ragoons are about the only thing edible in my whole meal.

My daughter and I decided to go grab dinner after a long day of shopping we decided to get orange chicken and rice when we received our order something told me to check my food the pieces of chicken Panda Express tired to give me was the small hard pieces at the bottom of the chicken bag when you get down to the crumbs. I was very upset and asked for a manager and asked her why was the pieces of chicken that were provided to me so small the manager proceeded to tell me that’s how the chicken comes which I knew was a lie! Since I order from the location on parham multiple times within a week. I was so disappointed that a manager would lie and lose a customer instead of correcting the issues. I just requested my money back and the manager then asked for me to hand them the food back which she should have not done as she knows that since she is a manager once the food is handed to a customer it shouldn’t come back to the store for no reason due to food safety rules and hope no one get sick from this manger deciding not to follow rules because I saw them place the food back in heating area to reserve and not to mention my daughter has mono!!

The customer service was slow and chaotic, the only one doing the majority of the work was the sweet girl serving the food named Ashley and the male cook in the back( which I didn’t catch his name). Seemed like no one could help her, as the line backed everyone but her seemed to watched costumers wait, they definitely need more then one person serving the food and or someone at the register when it’s that busy. I ordered kung pow chicken and Ashley called it back to the cook to make a new batch as there wasn’t much left, however finally the other girl finally jumped in and took over my order, she then scraped the scraps off of the bottom of a dirty looking bowl which was kinda gross, however with the line being so long I just rolled with it. The food was good, however I wish I wasn’t skimmed out and given the burnt scraps, also the customer service was lacking. I normally never post anything but I do want to give props to Ashley and the cook they seemed to be the ones holding the place down!

Food was okay, the service really ruined the experience. Went through the drive thru and the person raking the order was barely communicating, no greeting, never told me my total, asked if I needed anything else, after sitting in silence for a moment I just pulled around. They handed me my bag and seemed annoyed when I asked for sauce. Mind you they weren’t busy or rushing, the parking lot was almost empty and only one car in front of me and nobody behind me. Not likely to return to this location.

The ladies working behind the counter were really nice. The food on the other hand was nothing special. The spring rolls were the worst I’ve ever had. The inside of the roll has no texture, I would describe it as gooey. I hadn’t visited them in a few years and now I remember why. This place would be ok if you were in a pinch but I wouldn’t go out of your way to eat there.

Come in and pick up for what reason? Y’all are not a restaurant. This is a FAST FOOD chain. Food needs to be fast and thru the window. No other place does this. Very annoying!

Gave me 4 pieces of shrimp for my kids meal and charged me extra stating it as their policy though every time I have come I have never received so few. What a waste!
