Alright, well let me start this off by saying: I LOVE PIEOLOGY PIZZA. I love the way they press the dough because it looks like something from the future, I love the way i can pick whatever toppings i want (just like subway), and i love that if i am feeling indecisive I can choose a signature instead. I had a really flat tire on my way to work and decided i needed some nourishment so i stopped in (because who doesn’t like pizza) and i was just WOWED. Their restaurant is sooo much cleaner than most fast food places, i mean if there is a bar they’ve raised it straight to the moon. I was so impressed by their many chic decorations and just the homely vibe of the whole place. There weren’t too many people in the building which made sense because it was like 11am on a monday so i assumed most of their orders were takeout. I know that sometimes it can be really hard to keep a store like this clean with all of the hustle and bustle but honestly the floors and tables were spotless, i was genuinely impressed. The fella who was out and about greeted me as I walked up which made me feel even more welcome. I love it when employees seem to care! Or at least fake it til ya make it! I mean who wouldn’t be happy though being surrounded by pizza all day! This guy was spot-on too, asked me how my day was, kept a nice conversation going, and even told me about his day too! i just really like it when a restaurant doesn’t feel quite so transactional. Ok. Now to the pizza!!! Pieology is mega awesome because, like i said, you can choose whatever you like! Thick crust looked really good and so did the stuffed crust but i am more of a artesianal kinda gal so i went with the thin crust which was SPECTACULAR. Then you get to choose whatever veggies, meat, cheese, and sauces you’d like which is so nice because usually when i get a premade pizza there’s always one ingredient i DONT like but Pieology totally eliminates that possibility. They’ve also got a SUPER sick stone oven that cooks the pizzas right in front of you which i freakin loved. To be honest i just started writing this review while i was watching my pizza cook so let me get back to you once i’ve had a bite – and WOW. Tastes just like it looks!!!! Dough is airy and crispy at the same time, with that familiar char that you only get with the most authentic of italian pizza ovens. If you love pizza, pieology pizza is for you. Watching the employees cook the pizzas is so cool too, the fella was spinning them with such ease i could only dream of myself standing in his position. Even though i was staring the whole time he still cooked it to perfection! My whole experience has probably taken a maximum of 15 minutes total, so if you are in a rush like i was today this spot is absolutley perfect for you. I will be back, Pieology Pizzaria!

We went here for lunch today the place was extremely dirty, the worker had her long pink hair down and hanging in our food. She also touched her face multiple times while making our pizzas. Way over priced for a burnt pizza with less toppings than a $2 frozen pizza. My pizza was 75% crust with a glob of pepperoni thrown in the middle.

How does a pizza place steal two of your pizzas, let me tell you. My wife ordered two pizzas, when we got home we realized we were given the wrong pizzas. I called the store five times, no answer, no voicemail. With no other way to contact the store to make the correct pizzas, I placed the same order online, paid for it again, and went back to the store to pick up the correct pizzas and get a refund on one of the orders. Long story short, the person working there didn’t understand that I paid for four pizzas, but only wanted two. She took the two wrong pizzas to the back room and said she was keeping them, and then refused to process the refund for the wrong pizzas!? She then said she didn’t like my attitude for asking for a refund, and called security on me!? This all went down in about 45 seconds, it’s not like we argued for 20 minutes, it was shocking how quickly she went completely nuts.

Got the Gluten Free crust and it was not heated up all of the way. The crust was still cold, the cheese was not melted. The only reason this gets 2 stars instead of 1 is because the staff was nice.

Our fist time trying this place & it was amazing!! The ingredients are fresh & tasty!! The whole experience was really great. The atmosphere was fun, the team serving us was very friendly & the prices are great! Our pizza tasted so yummy we got a margarita! Definitely worth trying this place!

I stopped here seeking shelter from the heat and rehydrate myself because I was showing signs of heat sickness and didn’t want to get worse. Before I could even walk up to the counter the cashier was extremely rude and kept pushing for me to buy something even though I was disoriented from nausea and trying not to throw up on the floor. A kind lady at check out bought me a drink so I could use the restroom, so after I filled my cup with ice water I sat down to drink and reorient myself. The cashier then insisted I use the bathroom and leave immediately although I was still extremely disoriented. I used the bathroom to buy myself a little extra time in the air conditioning and help reorient myself, and left nearly throwing up on one of their customers. To that customer, I’m sorry. To this store’s management, teach your employees how to better handle disoriented patrons. Had I gotten the help I needed I would have bought myself something to eat. Myself and my friends will not be eating here anytime in the future.

The teen staff not very attentive to the order, a bit sloppy with spreading out the toppings evenly across the pizza pie. The stuffed crust didn’t really exist, don’t know if it’s because they didn’t use the right crust or because that’s just what the stuffed crust is supposed to be. Thin dough was good.

Fantastic lil pizzas that get cooked in a fire hearth. The flavors are good, the crusts have been excellent. One time we did get a mix up with after toppings, which threw flavors off, but gave it another go and things were good again. It’s fun to go to for date night food. Olive oil for the crust to cook on makes a good crisp while the herb butter tasted like deep dish. Excited for another visit.
