I am not happy with this taco bell. I am not one to complain either. Even though I appreciate that they got my order right, they were very sloppy with my quesadilla. I asked for a chicken quesadilla with no sauce which they did but it was poorly made.

We went through drive thru and the manager Tomas rushed us while we were ordering he was very rude. After everything we said he kept what else can I get for you. My boyfriend said man chill it’s 10 cars behind you please don’t rush us. Tomas said he didn’t know what we’re saying and that he’s just waiting for us to order. We got to the window and he didn’t greet us and we ask for mild sauce and he shoved it at us then slammed his window on us. He was extremely rude and disrespectful. I know how this works being that I was a manger for 20 years in fast food and I know it’s hard to find people these days. I just wanted hire up management to know what you have representing your company. I don’t need anything free or to be compensated I just think even mangers should be dealt with when they are rude to customers because it messing up the brand/business.

Right before my mother died, she used to love going to Taco Bell, so coming here is a moment to reminisce and have a sense of nostalgia. NOT ANYMORE….. I got to Taco Bell 10 minutes to 11 pm on Thursday night, and they said they were closing despite the hours saying differently. They also told me they were only selling Taco Bell and not KFC. I hesitated to order and told them, “if its too late to order, I understand and will come back tomorrow.” The drive-thru order taker insisted that I placed an order, so I ordered two 5-layer beefy burritos and was shocked when I reached in the bag what I found… 3 cold burritos, the wrapping papers appeared reused and very crumbled, and one particular burritos had a repugnant smell, so as I arrived home, put on latex gloves and opened the burritos to find things in it I never knew was on the menu. This is unacceptable!

Should be zero. Tried to call the location and no answer. Phone just rings. Ordered crunch wrap and tree tacos. Only thing that was done right tonight is my soda. Barely had any meat, lettuce and cheese. My son eat a taco shells.

Last night we ordered 12 items which was $32 worth of food. 12 items were in the bag so we left. Got home and realized 9 out of the 12 items were wrong. We ordered chicken and everything in the bag was beef. Beef tacos and beef burritos. The staff had to been high! The girl at the window asked us if we got our food twice. It was just her and the person making the food, how would you not know! What you charge for the food, service should be better!

I used to have great service and food here but I guess all the good ones left the only good thing about my order today is that my soda is ice cold and the food was hot. I ordered a chicken quesadilla meal and cheesy potatoes . Most of the quesadilla looked like the picture. I wasn’t asked what sauce I wanted. I like fire sauce but was given mild and hot. Not a big deal. I wasn’t given a fork or spoon for my potatoes so I had to use my fingers and wasn’t given napkins. More than likely will not be returning to the location. Oh also when I got to the window to pay she opened the window didn’t say anything and just took my card as I said hello and was ignored. So. Yeah. Won’t come back here
