I love the pizza portal way of picking up the order … just go in, put in the code and a door opens. Unfortunately, when I got to the car I noticed that the dipping sauce I’d paid for was not in the bag with the crazy bread. I had to go into the store, wait in line and bring up the order on my phone before I was handed it.

Employees are very rude & unprofessional! 0% recommend this Little Caesars Pizza! I called nicely to see if I can get another pizza because it was raw and not enough toppings. Then the employee that took my order Micaela answered very rudely! So i told her I wanted my pizza cooked not raw and that the Hawaii pizza does not have enough toppings and she said “ you didn’t tell me you wanted your pizza cooked & we don’t have enough toppings for that pizza” so I said well do you sell your pizzas raw or cooked?! And if you don’t have enough toppings for that pizza don’t sell it at all. Second time getting my pizza raw! Never going back! .They haven’t changed customer service or habits!

Horrible service, filthy dirty on the inside, and the deep dish pizza was undercooked. Employees speak to customers with hatred and contempt. These people really don’t care. Stay away. Micaela is a incredibly nasty and should not work in service industry.

CHECK YOUR PIZZA BEFORE YOU LEAVE! Pizza made with a big spot in the middle with no toppings at all. Was told that’s how the oven cooks them. If I wanted a new one I could come pick it up, what’s the point of delivery? Maybe pick up is different but don’t do delivery. They just laughed it off. Wasn’t the first time they send out messed up deliveries.

Came in today after seeing some middle school kids eat Little Caesars. Came in here to get a regular pepperoni. Girl at the register…Vanessa…I believe was her name. My sincere apologies if it isn’t, will come in to verify soon. But she was cool, nice and friendly. Awesome costumer service, I should know I’ve worked in the restaurant business for a little over 10 years. Will definitely be coming back…did I mention my pizza was AMAZING!
