The service was very terrible, the cashier took way too long to take our order (too busy catering to drive-thru). The food took wayyy too long to be dished out. The resturaunt was empty there was crumbs all around the seating areas. The gentleman who had ordered before us had to go back to the counter becuase they messed up his order. Thankfully, our food was precise, and pretty good. The chicken was crispy, but the bread to chicken ratio was off. Like you get that crucnch and the taste with the amazing flavors, but there could have been more chicken in there. The fries and dirty rice were great, seasoned to perfection. Their sweet tea was very lackluster, as it was watered down. As someone who absolutely loves Bojangles, this place was a huge letdown in almost everyway possible. I will not be returning to this location in the near future.

This has got to be the worst Bojangles I have ever eaten. I ordered 2, 4pc tenders.# The meat was not fresh, it was over dry and hard. Tasted as if it had sat under the lamp heater all day. Just getting out of the hospital and couldn’t wait for some tenders. I am so disappointed!!

I bought a 20pc family meal and got home. I realized they substituted 2 chicken strips for 2 pieces of chicken. When I called the store, the phone had a busy signal. I will NOT go back. If I order a 20 piece (legs, thighs, breasts, and wings) are a part of the meal. NOT CHICKEN STRIPS. I would’ve waited on my other 2 pieces. I was already waiting for my order over 10 mins anyway.

I walked in and stood there for about 3 minutes without seeing anyone. I walked around the partition and shouted hello. There were about 5 employees standing around on their phones, so I asked if they were open, and a couple of them rolled their eyes. A girl came over & asked what I wanted. I told her 8 chicken tenders, large mashed potatoes & small rice. She looked at me and said that would be $51.00 . I’m not an employee, but I’m pretty sure I was being overcharged, so I asked if the total was correct & she responded YEP. I asked her to cancel the order, and she just snickered and walked off.

Waste of time. This past Sunday, April 30, staff didn’t acknowledge us after standing in line at the counter for an extended period of time. So, we tried the drive-through. When we got there, they said they had no biscuits! This was in the middle of the day! Another time they had no eggs and closed at 2 because they had no staff but someone was there to convey the message. Fail.

I get supply issues and being out of stock but when substituting they should give the same amount of sides that were ordered. Had 2 orders of fries they couldn’t fulfill and only gave 1 side as a replacement even though I paid for 2. Don’t order online as it is a scam they don’t refund and never have what you ordered.

I ordered a simple 2-piece with two sides. When I got home they gave me the wrong two sides even though the receipt had the right ones on it. The manager told me they would replace the two sides and I had to keep the chicken that I’d already drove home and drove back and was about to drive home with again. When I told them I wanted a whole new meal to replace it she said NO!! I told her she could just replace my meal and I would keep the other two pieces of chicken to compensate for my gas and time. She refused, gave me my money back and through the chicken in the trash after all. I don’t understand how that helped their business!!!

The menu wasn’t working. I had to go on my phone to find something to order. The poor worker at the drive-thru was doing the best he could given the situation. I ordered from the breakfast menu a chicken biscuit style combo. Everything tasted ok, but within an hour of eating, I was running to the bathroom nonstop (aka food poisoning). Pulled up to go inside at Noon today, the doors were locked. Pulled up to place an order in the drive thru, waited about 10 minutes for someone to take my order. I even spoke into the intercom system asking if anyone was there. I was so over it, I left. This place is so inconsistent. I’m surprised they’re still operating.
