Food took very long, wasn’t asked if we wanted drinks then took 45 mins to bring them to us, some eggs were almost raw others were over cooked. The cook was rude and the server didn’t seem to care. Order wasn’t even taken for about 30 mins. Silverware was dirty and cups had stuff in them. Payment took way to long. Over all bad experience. If 0 stars was an option I would out that down. Food was almost cold. Forgot to make one of the orders and under cooked the whole meal. Ac was broken and didn’t have any of the fans on, was super hot.

Ordered hash browns and soup to go..I come home to find a piece of garbage in the box of hash browns and soup with just tiny pieces of broken up noodles. What kind of customer service is this? What has Webb’s gone to with the prices and service? Pitiful.

The tables were dirty and ants climbing all over them and the floor. Service was very slow,but the wait staff was very sweet. We had to ask for more coffee. I didn’t see anyone cleaning. We were there for Breakfast about 11:30pm. My silverware wasn’t clean. I cleaned it with my tissues. The air conditioning was not working and no fans were put on to help with the situation. Needless to say, we will not be eating there again.

Very disappointed with the Germantown location on Mequon Rd.! It wasn’t busy, alot of dirty tables. We picked a booth that appeared to be clean. It was recently wiped off. Garbage and food pieces left on table pushed by condiments. Order was not placed correctly so it was not received as ordered. Asked for Sunny side up eggs, crispy bacon, and lightly toasted rye bread. Hamburger came to table first, about 5 minutes later received egg order. Eggs not fully cooked, bacon not crispy and toast not lighty toasted and barely warm. A customer got up and served her own coffee refill and served other at the counter. Apparently server went outside for a few minutes. She came back in as customer was putting coffee pot back. Had to request a correct bill. Or would have been overcharged. As we were leaving waitress was taping a hand written note that it was closed until 6am tomorrow.. We won’t be going back to that Webbs

The owner was running solo this morning and still gave me the best service and the best food. Even if there’s a small wait, it’s worth it. The food here is always so delicious. 10/10 I’d highly recommend.

I understand that they are short staffed but the service is still very poor. I watched my glass of iced tea get filled up and set down on the back counter. All the waitress had to do is turn around with that glass and set it down in front of me. I was two feet behind her. It sat there for 10 minutes before the waitress handed it to me. The exact same thing happened with my cup of chili. It sat until it was no longer hot. I received my cup of chili and one minute later my meal showed up. I ordered two cheeseburgers with fried onions and pickles with extra pickles.. the cheeseburger showed up plain. I didn’t have time or the patience to ask her to correct the order.
