Definitely skimp on toppings and pizza was under cooked. I wasted 5 slices cause I had to take what little toppings I had off then and put them on the other slices. They also didn’t have ranch which is pretty lame. Pay someone decent money so they will actually manage this place.

um I’ve called multiple times abt my pizza not being delivered and they constantly kept hanging up until I called as if I was making an order. The girl had told me she’d transfer me and when she did they immediately hung up.. absolutely not, so now I have no food & they took all my money ♀️

Usually always horrible. Put simple instructions, No contact delivery, put boxes an floor, knock leave. 40 minutes later i get 1,000 knocks and screaming, and then he leaves. I contact dominos store telling them, just tell the guy leave the food and go. I already tipped him on the app. Simple instructions a 5 year old could follow. They tell me yeah but he’s old. Like im suppose to suffer because he chose this position. He calls me speaking spanish then I tell him I dont understand him then he says no wrong door number, when clearly he was at the right door because he was knocking like the police several times. He leaves, I open the door no pizza.

This store repeatedly brings me the wrong drink. This isn’t a joke, it is the norm, not the exception. This time when I ordered, I typed under comments: “TWO 20 Oz. DIET COKES – DIET COKES! “. To no avail, again the wrong drink. Once, twice, trice, 4, 5 times its tolerated. But its enough! Get your act together, this is pathetic! What the hell is wrong with this place. is “Diet coke” too hard a concept to understand? I’m tired of this guys!

The pizza is good and probably the better ones from the other restaurants, but my order was canceled mid preparation. Called the store but no answer. Had to call the store as if I was making an order just for them to finally pickup. Asked about why was my order canceled and was directed to an associate just to hang up the call. Reading the most recent reviews shows that the team is slacking.

The hygiene is horrible I asked the pizza maker to put on gloves because he was wiping his sweat from his brow with his hands. He tells me they have no gloves. Sick. Im going to make sure people on Facebook Instagram Twitter and what not. Not to come h to this location. Also I have video of them without gloves and wiping his face, just in case and making the pizza without them. The news will love it

They really need to work on their customer service! I ordered my pizza at 3:37pm and received a phone call at 5:59pm saying my order cannot be fulfilled, that’s 2 and a half hours later! I asked for a refund and they would not provide me a receipt via email nor text and said I would need to go pick it up (what’s the point of delivery). A asked for a corporate phone number and the agent refused to provide it saying they don’t have one and why would he even give it to me. I asked for his name, and he refused to provide that as well, then hung up on me. WOW, just wow – entire experience was totally unacceptable AND never got the pizza and waiting for the refund.

The driver today, Joel, was EXTREMELY unprofessional. I’m beyond disappointed with Domino’s pizza and their lack of service. This man went as far as insulting us by saying “this is Miami, speak Spanish.” I’m in MY country, speaking MY language and people that have jobs where they must interact with others must be able to communicate with customers. This delivery driver also failed to do his job by not bothering to get out of his car to deliver our already cold pizza; he went on to call me 4 times and text me, in Spanish, “I got tired of calling, so I left.” Our gate was wide open, our windows were open as well, and he had two doors from which to choose to knock on and deliver our pizza, as all other deliveries, Domino’s included, have done in the past. When he FINALLY came to knock on our door, after I texted him back, in English, to please come to the door, he almost didn’t give us our pizza and began a very heated argument with us regarding our not speaking his language. Being in the service industry myself, this is the first time I have left NOTHING as a tip for a service employee, and I wrote on the receipt that he had been extremely unprofessional. After he departed,I went on to call the Domino’s location where the pizza came from and I calmly and clearly explained the situation, only to realize that half way through, they blatantly just hung up on me without saying a word. I am LIVID and VERY insulted and disappointed at how this corporate company handled this situation. I order pizza from this location about once a week, and this is the last time I will ever do so. This has been an unbelievably ridiculous experience and just simply UNACCEPTABLE.

This is an explanation to all of the people with negative comments about the customer service, delivery time, wrong address ect. We are one of the dominos in the city of Miami that gets really busy this time of year we are very understaffed…which means we don’t have enough personnel to give great service THATS not an excuse but it is a cause. I myself am an employee there and it’s very difficult to deal with too many things at ones. I get the concerns and the complaints but it all just kind of seems very one sided. You guys act like you have never worked in a fast food chain with much work we try our best to reach everybody’s concerns and we understand but you guys have to understand aswell. As for wrong addresses in delivery, I recommend that before you finish placing an order either through the app or online or even through the phone you should verify the address. Online it changes addresses especially if it’s not automatically put from being a regular customer so that’s an easier way to stop wrong addresses and misunderstanding from happening. Inside carry out customer service. That’s more than likely on a busy day because other than that our carry out employee go above and beyond to give great service to customers in the store. You can always ask and will receive customer is always right. Other than I apologize sincerely and if you have any comments or concerns you may come back again and ask for me. I’m always willin and open to take care of problems.
