When we arrived to check in there was a few cars in the parking area and only our car and another in the pick up area. We waiting a while after we checked in no one came out but we could see them sitting down. My husband finally went into get it instead and so did the car next to us. We had been traveling all day and made it back to the room with the food and it was cold, even though we could warm it up the chicken was dry, some pieces were too tough to chew on and some were NOT cooked all the way. The fries were over cooked it was hardly edible honestly.

Great service at the bar waiting for my online order, got the wings, and not any reflection of the people working there because it’s a chain witch is disguised on google, the chicken smells like burnt rubber, one bite is like eating a boot! Chilie’s you can do better!

Lemon pepper wings were over-cooked and too salty. Garlic/parmesan did not look like garlic/parm, I think they messed up the order and gave me regular hot wings. Located inside Chilis. It’s just Chilis food cooked poorly.
