Took them forever to get the order right and just wanted two meals… Would try the Diablo again at a different location… The bread here was super hard… The fries were soggy… It was just a no…. The cheese sauce tasted weird and old…this location just needs help… Three stars because they did give us fresh regular fries…

There was a strong smell of weed just before entering the building to order my meal to go, no other customers were inside. The staff seemed to be annoyed they had a job to do but warmed up a bit by the time my food was ready. Fries were underdone and they forgot to add napkins in the to go bag.

Probably the worst Arby’s I’ve been too. 3 times I’ve gone and not once was my order correct. One time I ordered curly fries. They filled half with curly fries and then on the bottom crinkle fries. Cold crinkle fries. Horrible.

Standard Arbys menu which sure beats most fast food places. In most recent visit (a Tuesday @ 8:00), I was very impressed at the quality of customer service. They were friendly and offered suggestions. Good service equals a repeat customer.

My family and I have been customers of this location for years. Today’s experience on 3/28/23 was beyond horrific! The manager on duty’s behavior was appalling when we went up to the counter to let them know about my brisket sandwich. I only ate half of it because the rest of it was inedible. We told the two employees what was wrong then all the sudden a young woman approaches the situation with a nasty attitude and asks “WHAT’S THE PROBLEM SIR”!!! First off this is unacceptable behavior and secondly we didn’t pay to eat only half of the sandwich when the rest of it was inedible! My father was extremely upset the way he was treated and secondly the other employees were embarrassed by the manager on duty’s behavior! I am a deaf individual and the manager used the race card on us which is beyond unconscionable! Know the whole story first before jumping all over us! I felt extremely uncomfortable by her actions and the fact she wanted to make it about race. This is last time we are ever going to this Arby’s ever again! I have never experienced this kind of unprofessionalism ever. Arby’s should be appalled by this woman’s atrocious behavior towards a customers especially one being disabled!

Went to this location, so sorry I did. The food was not hot, bathroom didn’t have towels, but the most horrifying part was that a worker continued to use profanity, loud enough to hear. The whole experience was a nightmare. A sense of professionalism was not at this site. Whoever the manager is, he/she should be fired.

Pulled into the drive thru was told to wait; waited a very long time; girl comes on laughing saying she took off her headset and forgot I was there. Curly fries ( she did not charge me for I guess to compensate) were good; fish sandwich nice flavor but hard and not hot; chicken slider hard and flavorless; gyro good. Sadly I will not be returning.

Never going to this location ever again. This is a horrible representation of the arbys brand. From the unprofessional at the ordering board and window with the young woman presenting an attitude and yelling, to the presentation of the food i ordered and paid for. This needs to be fixed.
