I would rate this a neg 10 but the option isn’t available. Came in and was told the Buffet closes in 5 min and more pizza wouldn’t be brought out. So we told him we would order a large. He informed us to take a seat and we would be helped. We sat at a table and a girl kept cleaning tables looking our way. The guy kept bringing stuff to buffet area. 15 min later we still had no food and wasn’t waited on. Ended up leaving with no food. Worse experience ever. Won’t be back

Avoid this Pizza Hut like the plague! If I could give them a zero rating I would. On my last 2 trips to this Pizza Hut, they got the order all wrong, and last night they tried to charge me $39.00 for 2 pizzas when I had a coupon for 2 pizzas for $21.99 plus tax that was good until April 30th! This was after they kept me on the phone for half an hour because the guy seemed to have no knowledge of what toppings went on a specialty pizza. Pizza Hut has lost my business and I won’t be back! There are too many other pizza chains that value my business!

Poor service! We waited almost 20 minutes as we were getting up to leave one of the other workers asked what we want to drink…nothing we leaving. I could see if they were overwhelmed with customers but it was only me and my 3 children in the building. They need to do better with service

Delivered exactly what I ordered in a very timely manner. Friendly delivery driver who laughed at how my little trio of rescue dogs attempted to be so ferocious but just looked too cute. No complaints here.

Not the pizza hut we grew up with. Pizza was thrown together and taste just wasn’t there. AND they no longer provide crushed red pepper and parmesan cheese on the table. They will however sell you some pepper for $1.09. What a joke. Not sure if it is all pizza hut location or just a cheap manager on weathersby road. Won’t be back.

Comical sight: 11:15 am, 5 people waiting in line at the register trying to get a table, no one successfully able to sit down and eat the buffet. One hapless person running the register (and failing). This goes on for at least 15 minutes without a single customer being helped (at which point I left.) How does this place stay in business?

I dont know why i never really liked pizza hut because I ordered a pizza here one night after leaving the hospital and it was so good. The crust was perfect, the toppings were plentiful, and my kids actually ate it.

This is not the buffet that I remember. It was an attempt at a nostalgia meal. I did get to experience the lack of pizza, weird combinations of toppings and the infamous salad bar. I paid $41 for three buffet meals. Not worth the price I paid.
