Something different has opened in Brownsville. I decided to make the drive to this little business. Parking is tight, and so is the dining area, so be aware when you arrive with a large crowd.

Iv’e had awesome hot chicken up north, and this place ain’t it. Took over 40 mins to get my food, at 8pm on a Wednesday. My Mac and cheese looked nothing like what I saw in everyone else’s pictures, looked and tasted like microwaved noodles with shredded cheese. Look at the pic from the other review 5 days before my visit and compare mine to theirs. Sandwich was not even “spicy” or “hot”. Loaded waffle fries were ok at least, but still did not look like any of the other pics others have posted, mostly due to the bad mac n cheese mixed into it, so still not worth it in my opinion. BBQ wings were ok. Had my food come out like what I’ve seen in other people’s reviews, my score would have been higher. Also, bathrooms had no hand soap or paper towels.

Took a drive to Brownsville that led is here. It’s a little hidden, but worth the stop. My son and I each had the loaded fries and they weren’t kidding. I barely made a dent in mine, but the waffle fries were crispy and nicely seasoned and the chicken added that extra crunch. Can’t forget the macaroni, nice and cheesy. It’s really cool that their counter is in the shape of a food truck. They have an actual food truck at the Weslaco Food Park. Definitely worth coming back.

This place has a lot of potential. My experience is always good, but I do see that some people have bad ones. I would just say that you need to give it a try for yourself and keep in mind they are locally owned (956) and operated. The overall concept is amazing and we need to support them and give them as much positive feedback so they can keep growing. My favorite is the loaded fries. You basically get to try everything in one item.

ive seen this for a while and never had a chance to go. tonight i had the day off, so we went. This place was great. the lady cashier was so nice and helpful. we ordered the strips, sandwich, wings, loaded fries, mac and cheese, and the cajun corn. the best was the strips and mac. the chicken strips were really big, maybe we should have ordered the 2 piece. my wife loved the mac and cheese. The loaded fries were huge! i didnt know it was fries with chicken and mac and cheese. the sauces were great and the buffalo wings were super hot! huge fan of hot chicken, glad we have a new place to eat! going back soon.

The staff taking our order was very informative and helpful since it was our first time there.. food was good , Id like the Mac n cheese to be a bit creamier. Place had a steady flow with people coming in , seating was limited but service was pretty quick so you don’t have to wait long to get a table!

First time coming here and I got the loaded fries, I gotta say this was the best loaded fries I’ve ever had! The chicken has so much flavor, the mac and cheese is so creamy, and the fries is well seasoned with a nice crunch! Would get this again, but with a plus one because it was a lot haha

My sister and her husband recently went to Nashville and fell in love with Nashville-style hot chicken. Any time we travel around Texas, we look for restaurants that might have similar Nashville hot chicken. So when we heard about this place in Brownsville, we had to check it out! The chicken tenders were perfectly crispy and had a bit of a kick to them without being too spicy. The mac and cheese was super creamy, and the loaded fries were heavily topped with even more chicken, mac and cheese, and their famous Gallo sauce. The buffalo wings were super spicy but manageable if you dipped it in ranch. I couldn’t stop eating them because they were so crunchy. (The lady was nice enough to give us extra ranch dips at no extra cost when we asked for them.) the place is huge and has really cool wall art. Would definitely come here again, as every dish we had was amazing!
