I ordered the Greek Salad. Mobile order and curbside pickup was smooth and easy. The salad is ok. Gets the job done, but nothing special. Barely any chicken, didn’t taste super fresh, cost $13. The bread it came with was a half piece of stale sourdough.

grains, marinated kale, x 2 roasted chicken, corn, tomatoes, x2 black beans, egg whites, cojita cheese, x2 tortilla chips, LIGHT mex ceaser, and sweet and smoky chipotle (it will hurt u but the order is nothing without it so the pain is going to have to be tolerated). wiiiith a light lemonade + choc chip cookie for happiness purposes. you’re welcome.

This was my first time at a Chopt and I was so disappointed. I ordered the Sweet Apple Orchard Salad and I was basically given a bowl of limp lettuce with many brown pieces in it. Hardly any apples or cheese. I was excited to try Chopt but I ended up overpaying for a salad with very little of the good stuff.

Not as impressed with this eatery as I expected to be. Within the bowl I received, the broccoli was not oven roasted and there were no crispy shallots in the bowl. With the cost of the bowls, I expected what I ordered to be reflected in my order. Might try it again in the future but not rushing to do so.

My husband and I stopped in to get Chopt yesterday and we both agreed that we had great service by Ryan. Yes, I did ask him his name because I wanted to let him know how great the service he provided was and how nice he was. You can tell he has great work ethic and is super pleasant. Thank you Ryan!

I had a great experience at the Newtown PA location, It was pretty busy when I arrived, but I was greeted by Steve (I think- Manager or Owner) he was grateful I had come in and gave a brief explanation of menu and said it was probably be about a 13 mins wait from where I was standing to the front of the line, but in the passing time to check out the menu online, and if I had any questions to let him know. Its nice when you get someone who makes a realistic expectation for my visit. I didn’t mind waiting I knew it was a new location and the staff was swamped! After all it was only their first week there. Kudos to you guys & gals!

My officemates and I have tried Chopt a number of times since our fave salad place (Mom Mom’s ) closed. EVERY TIME, without fail, we have issues. Order online? Issues. Call the order in? Issues. Order in person? Still issues. This time, to get ahead of the issues, we even tried calling after placing the online order to ensure they saw the order modifications (simple things like dressing on the side, etc). NOPE. Order arrived late and STILL incorrect. The customization and dressing selection are a draw in theory, but when the salads are sometimes well chopped and other times like mangled chunks, and customizations are not followed, and the salad swims in dressing, it’s just not worth the repeated tries to like the place. For a mediocre salad at $15 each, I think we will just have to pass next time.

I’ve ordered multiple times and really like the food. The quality and correctness of the order seems to be hit or miss though. I’ve had incorrect ingredients, missing ingredients, and poorly prepared ingredients (nearly raw sweet potato for example). I like it a lot when it’s correct but it’s frustrating to never know if what you want/pay for is what you’ll get.

I had such an amazing experience with my recent visit at Chopt . Whenever I go to a restaurant, besides the food, I look for customer service and cleanliness as it determines the experience I will have. The place was clean and most importantly the order was quick and delicious. Not only was the person helping me attentive, they also took the time to assist me with my order by making great suggestions. I would definitely come back.
