The food was good but even better was the service. I’m a truck driver and Chessley, hope I spelled that right, was so nice. Of course I can’t go through the drive through so she came out to me let me know what they had, cause it was my first time trying Guthries, took my order, came and got my payment, brought me my drink, and then brought me my food. The service more than made up for the wait for the food. The food was super fresh. Chessley was the best of every establishment had at least one of her the world would be a better place!!! Thanks Chess for the wonderful experience! I’ll be back for sure!!!

Haleyville location isn’t what it used to be. Jasper location is excellent. Haleyvilles bread has been burnt for almost a year now at both locations, if that solved that problem it would be back to 5 stars.

Paid almost $17 for two chicken salads. There were no sunflower seeds, a pinch of shredded cheese and 2 pieces of chicken that looked like chicken nuggets. Most pitiful salad I have ever seen. Seems like after they shut down and “renovated” everything they would do better. Very disappointing.
