I have to say that this is my for sure favorite go to place no what city and state I’m in!!! Whenever I just don’t have an appetite or simply have just ran out of places I could find whenever I’m in a new town especially! So I’m at the esplanade ave Kenner Louisiana location tonight! I must say right off the bat, I was robbed of my excitement because whenever my fiancé unraveled our eating utensils (forks, spoons, etc) they were disgusting! So yes that definitely put a damper on things and killed “the” mood! However for a Friday night we walked right in and was seated with out any wait time at all! Of course I already knew what I was ordering but we ordered our drinks along with mozzarella bites asap! So they came out with that super fast so that was cool because of course we all know I showed up in my usual hangry state lol anyways the rest of the service besides us getting the rest of all of our food and still never received our utensils until he oasssed by and noticed we weren’t touching anything lol so anyways yes the food was killer as always well not always! So I ordered the never ending soup and bread sticks but didn’t receive breadsticks because the were out??? Needless to say when everything was all said and done and I was full our waiter Ashton was happy to arrive with some breadsticks which was super cool but just a bit too late since I mean my dinner was endless breadsticks, soup and Salad! I was gonna go ahead and give them my usual 5star but I take that back because ALL OF THE MISTAKES THAT HAPPENED TONIGHT WERE ALL BASED OFF OF PURE LAZINESS!! I feel that with a timeless classic place such as the infamous “Olive Garden” especially the fact that it was here of alllll the places this should have not happened even a rookie shouldn’t have made these mistakes due to being new and learning the ropes this was just pure laziness at its finest!

9-5-19 Saturday 2pm ish. Our waitress was Brianna. She was great, she gets 5 stars. She kept our drinks full and was so polite. I even let her pick my meal. Definitely ask for her. We got several things off the menu. Everything we got was good and worth the price. Inside felt clean but walking up to the location there was trash around the front door and it smells cigarette smoke pretty bad. Overall was a good experience once I made it inside. IDE return.
