3 of us stopped for lunch, and we were the only ones there, so it seemed like it took a bit longer to get our food than it should have. Our waitress was really friendly though and the portions are large. The prices are reasonable. The burger looked good, and my Buffalo Chicken Ranch Wrap was good. The fries were cold, though, so I left them.

This is a simple dinner with great prices, service, and food. Lots of locals eat here. I had the 2 pork chop special with chicken dumpling soup, green beans, homemade mashed potatoes, and gravy, all for $8.99. Very delicious. My wife had the smothered chopped sirloin, chicken dumpling soup, green beans, and real mashed potatoes with gravy. All for 10.99.

Overcooked food! Chicken on the cordon bleu was almost hard enough to hammer nails with. Ham laid on top was tasteless. The cheese was nice. I did enjoy the hash browns. Staff was nice but got several orders wrong for the group. Companions shrimp were rubbery and seasoned inappropriately. Prices were low.

Took about 20 minutes or more for them to find me in the booth, on a slow day. Very boring chick soup, more like broth and noodles, and not very good broth either. I ordered broasted chicken. Now, I have missed broasted chicken, having been across country where they do not have it, and was truly excited to feast…..but it was awful. Broasted chicken should have some sort of breading or seasoning, for starters, this has neither. It was also very overcooked. Very dry. Tough. Chewy, tough parts of the meat itself, it was so over fried.

Had my first ever bad experience today. My mother, boyfriend and I came in for supper. My mom ordered street tacos with extra lime and she had to ask for her extra lime twice. My boyfriend ordered a cheese burger with the fries. The server came out with onion rings and we said that we didn’t order that. I ordered the chicken bacon ranch wrap with cottage cheese. I made that VERY clear. She came with cheese curds and once again I said we didn’t order this. I ordered a blue cheese on the side and it had a hair in it. I almost lost my appetite. (Also, currently pregnant.) When we arrived, our waitress immediately asked us if we were ready to order. Haven’t seated yet, haven’t looked at the menu, etc. She NEVER came and asked if we needed anything or how everything was tasting. We talked to the other server that was there at the time and she was super nice and understanding with us. Our server asked my mother for a tip. ASKED. How disrespectful. She wasn’t a good server and got all of our orders wrong and tried charging my mom for the onion rings. She said absolutely not. Overall, wasn’t pleased. First time that I was ever upset there. I don’t know if I will ever be going back to this restraunt. Also, I ordered a sweet tea with BARELY any ice in it.

Good home style food. Wife had eggs Benedict that had thicker cut ham and good crispy hash browns. I had the baked chicken special with a cup of chicken dumpling soup. Very tender and flavorful. Will definitely return.

We stopped because of other’s reviews, and overall 4.2 rating. We were surprised at this place being in a strip mall. Furnishings are outdated, as indicated. Wait staff was okay. We ordered iced tea, which was old and sour. Food was less than mediocre with everything tasting dry. There is no presentation. It’s just put on a cold plastic plate. Food came out sporadically – for instance, Pancakes came out first but looked undone. They were done and had good flavor but a bit tough. My toast came out five minutes after everything else and it was cold, barely buttered. Veggie omelet was good with veggies throughout but it was dry. Steak was tender, cooked medium rare as requested, however lacked flavor, and was still “dry.” Hash browns were warm and dry.
