The BEST and I mean absolute BEST chille rellenos I’ve had since my mom made them last. It’s what I order 95% of the time whenever I eat any Mexican food. If it’s not on the menu, I’m not eating there. However, I was very much impressed by their presentation and most importantly the flavor. Truly authentic, homemade and obviously with lots of love. They actually roast the peppers instead of boiling them (lazy). I’ll be sure to pass by this place in the next time I’m in Hollister, California. Service was great. Friendly staff and a clean establishment. Salsa was also fantastic!

The staff is always very nice and friendly, but I was very disappointed in the food the last time I ordered take out. I couldn’t eat it after a few bites. There is a spice in the red enchilada sauce that makes it sweet and I could only eat half of one enchilada, it was so sweet I couldn’t stand it. My beans were also very runny. It was not good!
