6/2016 This Father’s Day I purchased a family meal for dinner, the chicken was awful!!! DRY, hard & not moist we had to throw it out. I called spoke to the manager Michael who was very apologetic. He offered to replace but it was extremely late he let me pick it up the next day. Monday we finally ate KFC and it was wonderful!!! Chicken was moist, skin soft and crunchy so a BIG THANKS to KFC and manager Michael for making a bad visit do a complete u-turn and making it right!!! Thanks KFC in Greenwood, AR we will keep coming back. I’m sure the new guy won’t over cook and you’ll keep making great chicken THANKS AGAIN

I just ordered chicken tonight and was very disappointed there was a big miscommunication and I could have overlooked that if the chicken had been worth it but it was not. I got some grilled and the pieces were so small I question whether it was actually from a chicken looked more like a pigeon and it was dried out and extremely difficult to chew so I gave up. Thanks KFC for ruining dinner tonight, not going to do that again.
