Bought their “famous” donuts and weren’t impressed at all. They used to be made fresh daily, these taste like they were 2 or 3 days old and VERY STALE. sandwich was ok. They have made much better in the past. Sad that Subway might have been a better choice to get food from…

Great Pizza, subs, etc. but the major problem with Richie’s is when you call in an order and your told it will be 20-30 min. and when you arrive after 30m you are told 10 min., go back in after 15m and your told it’s just getting ready to go in the oven??????!this is not a first-time thing with Richies and we drive out of our way to patronize. I have been a Richies fan for 25+ years and I know it hasn’t always been this way. Come on Richies, put the serve back into your customer service!.

Got there twenty minutes before closing. After a two hour soccer pratice. They already had fryer and oven shut down. But turned them right back on with a smile. Great customer service! They kids absolutely loved the pizza and are already planning what to get next week.

Their famous homemade donuts, and their other bakery type sweets are great. Pizza is average. Subs/sandwiches are always above expectations… They also have convenient items like milk, juice, toilet paper, and even sell farm fresh meats now. The employees are awesome ladies too! The reason only 3 stars tho is because the prices are ridiculous on most items and they only have take out(nowhere to sit n eat).

Being from NJ and New York Id give their fresh dough pizza 2 stars. No crisp. Everywhere else locally get 1 star. Real pizza ovens will make a huge difference. On the other hand their early morning donuts are fantastic! And there steak bombs are awesome!
